I, personally, would kill myself. I wouldnt want to have to keep knowing that i could be killed and turned into a zombie at any time.

I'd find a tall, sturdy tower and bring my self a sniper and enough food/ammo to last me about a year, then I spend the days trying to be my personal bests on number of zombies.

I'd find some kind of abandoned, sturdy building and barricade myself inside. If these are zombies that only come out at certain times of day, or move around in large groups and leave certain areas deserted while patrolling others, I'd come out every once in a while to steal or hoard food, like in I Am Legend or...something. If not, and its more of a loose scattered zombie force, I'd go out with a zombie-killing vehicle and some kind of useful weapon, raid some kind of food supply, and bring as much as possible back to the hideout once every six or so months. I'd keep a stockpile of weapons and ammunition, ranging from various grenade launchers and bazookas to sniper rifles, machine guns, perhaps a few strategically placed M85s, and depending on if they're fire-fearing zombies, a flamethrower. (If they do not fear fire, scratch the flamethrower, 'cuz then they'd just be zombies attacking me while on fire. No one wants that.) I guess I'd try to situate myself near some kind of military armory, so I can occasional steal ammo, like with food. If there's someone else with me, perhaps I'd bring my significant other so we can...uh...do our part to contribute to the continuation of humanity (giggity) although she'd have to pull her weight getting food and ammo. In fact, I'd be willing to house a small colony of survivors as long as they pull their own weight to make sure there are supplies for everyone.

Good, but a few problems. #1: It does not matter if they fear fire. If you have fire, it's a sure-fire way to kill zombies. Zombies cannot kill you when they are ash.
Also, why would they only come out during certain times of day :S? Unless, of course, you're assuming a magical undead plague. I'm being more realistic here :>.
Problem #1: Well, if they don't feel pain, they may still attack you. While on fire. Therefore, lighting you on fire.
Problem #2: The last thing I read about a zombie invasion (even though it was technically a kind of zombie/vampire) was I Am Legend, which involved zombies(/vampires, whatever) that were vulnerable to sunlight.
