Surprisingly, no one has said Murloc's yet. Though Gorloc's were said, so I guess that counts.
I've always been terrified of the thought of an Abomination. A large, plagued monstrosity coming at me with three arms, a meat hook, a clever, and it's guts hanging out of it's open ribcage. The stench of decaying bodies stitched together as it's chasing after you.

when i first started pre-BC, i wouldn't go anywhere near wpl/epl because the aboms scared me to death. now i find them hilarious in-game, but if i crossed paths with one IRL, that would be horrific.
/agree - felwood has some pretty messed up creatures too.
but the worst ones for me by far were
these
. i made my husband do the quests there for me. they are the nastiest mob to me in-game still. and if i ever saw one that big and just like that IRL, i would simply just lose it.
funny, maexxna and other spider mobs/bosses don't bother me a bit. (perhaps because they are so unrealistic) just
