Trade chat. I swear, I hate /2 with every fiber of my being. Yet, I can't get myself to leave it, incase someone actually posts a good offer... (Yes! It has happend to me!)
People who find out I'm female and react in either two way;
"Girls can't play"-way. I had a member leave my raidguild, after he found out I was a girl. He said that since I was a girl, I can't play if my life depended on it, therefor he would be ashamed to say that I was his guildleader. He had been raiding with us for over a month before he found out...
"OMG! GIRL! Be my best friend and confident, so I at a later point can see you naked!" - This really has no need for explanation. And btw... Just because I'm female, dosen't mean I give a flying f*ck about your old cat that died nor does it instantly make me care anymore for your whining over no friends...
Twinks. No explanation. I -hate- twinks.
L33t-speak. I know it's not just in wow... But honestly, a sentence that consist of more numbers than letters... Really?
People in battlegrounds who call other noobs. And in general, the complete abuse of that word.
/end rant

Something that bugged me earlier today...
On my main server all of my dudes are in guilds but on the two servers I play alliance on I only have low level guys and haven't really wanted to join a guild yet. It's very annoying to have guild charters pop up in my face without a whisper when I'm in a city trying to accomplish something. I have no problem signing your charter but if you don't say anything to me before it pops up in my face I'm just going to close it out and pretend I never saw it.
Right after I did so this morning someone in trade started complaining about "unguilded people just hanging out in cities doing nothing and not signing guild charters." Really? I'm pretty sure people not in guilds are not in guilds by choice, not so they can fill up your charter, and I definitely had a purpose for being there.

Currently: "Cannot launch additional instances.."
-People who ninja that quest mob/node/herb/quest item that you're trying to get at but are currently fighting a mob right in front of.
-People that repeatedly challange you to a duel.
-Getting invited to something without a whisper first. Don't just send an invite out of the blue!
-Joining a party for a group quest and getting there last because of various reasons (no epic flying, waylaid by mobs, stop to sell loot, etc.) and having everyone start without you.
-Engineering at around 415. Good sweet baby Moses, you need like a full stack of Saronite just to make ONE item.

-Mages that charge more than 15g for a port to Dal (although i once tipped 20g, just don't like it when they demand an outrageous price)
As a mage i have to disagree. Granted porting only really costs us a couple of silver for the reagents, we charge so much because of what we "loose" by porting you. For example, if I am in Ogr and so are you and you want a port I wont mind doing it for only a couple of gold. If were in the same city but im working on something, stopping to port u is somewhat of a loss of time and i might then charge you a bit more. If im in the middle of nowhere questing and you ask for a portal from Ogr, I wouldn't do it for 20g... SO it really depends on the situation, if that guy in your example charge you 15g whie being not busy and in the same city then it is too expensive.

People answering these sorts of questions with just naming a class or race.
Lag in Dalaran.
Goldbeggers who don't even take the time to come up with a question but just open a trade window and say '1G'.
Beggers who keep on begging whenever you log in even though you've told them to stop asking since you're not going ot give them anything.
People only talking in abbreviations.
