My fav moment was probably when I hit 60 and got divine storm and it dawned on me that I really am OP

Earlier this week when I was OT'ing KT in 10 man naxx on my guild's first attempt the MT died because of computer lag so I ran in and tanked the boss from 60% to 0%, with the adds ALSO on me and holding threat easily on all of them.

This story is while I was playing my disc priest, but my paladin buddy was tanking. We were doing Heroic UP, on the boss that starts on his flying mount (I don't pay attention to names, just loot. :P) We get him on the ground, and in the first whirlwind, all three DPS went down. But, being the awesome tank and healer combo we were, the two of us finished him off.
It was sweet to be a part of such an awesome moment, even if I wasn't the Protadin involved. XD

Anywhere that lends itself to a roleplaying moment.
Although paladins are great in most places, there are a couple of areas where they absolutely shine. People have mentioned Scholomance already, I'd also add Stratholme to the list.
Solo'ing Ajax the Summoner in WPL, along with half the undead in the town.
Hammer of Wrath'ing anyone who roots you and thinks they can run away to heal. Or simply critting through PW:S and reminding priests that they *don't* have a bubble.
Fending off 3, 4, 5 melee attackers as Prot - anything involving a last stand and the ability to make life that much more frustrating for the opposition. Having said that, I still look with envy at the resto druids who can have half an AB raid on them and not break a sweat.

Whenever I am able to use HoP on a healer and prevent a wipe. Those are always good moments for me, even though no one notices. Because in my head I know that I stopped a wipe, or at least help stopped one.
One specific time was in H HoS, we get to the Brann event. About halfway in, two of the DPS are down, and the healer is running low on mana. Suddenly, the healer dies and so does the tank. The healer, being a shaman, self rezzed and I became the tank. Now, tanking with SoM isn't a good idea, and I went down with two mobs left, and I managed to LoH the healer to full while giving her mana, and HoF before she dies. She then procedes to lightning bolt the two mobs left and we complete the event. And this was a rare occasion when the healer noticed HoP.
Isn't being a paladin FUN?

A few moments I remember:
* When I was lvl 50 and got Crusader Strike. I could kill the mobs in Felwood within a few seconds and that was fun and that was when I realized how OP we were, lol.
* Another OP moment in Hellfire when capturing the towers. Killing hordes easy as hell.
* Lvl 77, when I recently respecced to protection, I tried to solo Fel Reaver. I kited him to Honor Hold and I survived. I think I got more than 1000 XP from him.
Ever since that, I've kited him several times to both HH and the PvP towers just for some fun..

I don't get it? Are you saying I plagiarized?
I was referring to myself really :)
It was meant as a joke tbh, since you said "what else" then I gave an example using myself. Got it?

Back when I was still leveling, about the beginning of TBC, I had respecced to holy to get couple quests from coilfang instnances done.
We were fighting that hydra boss in underbog. The going was painful, dpsers were getting kicked in water, tank was taking tons of damage, and I was horrible at healing. At about 10% hp left, the tank was the only one standing. At around 2% he bites the dust too, and boss starts lumbering towards me.
With the last of my mana, I started casting Hammer of Wrath. Somehow the cast got through before boss came over, connected, and crit, killing the boss. Damn that felt good. And the boss dropped some sweet plate too :)

ZOMG I GOTTA ADD THIS!
Setup: Myself (80 Dranei Pally) and an 80 DK friend in Blue Sky Logging Grounds. An 80 Tauren Druid.
First, let's just say don't fly low when Death Grip is nearby. DG'ing the druid down and wrecking him before he could even fly away was awesome.
When he rez's, he flies up high into the air, drops out of form, casts Rejuv, and then goes back to flight form. Very neat trick.
That's when I said, "Hey, I wonder...." I decide to fly up with him. DK goes, "What're you doing?"
He drops out of form. I use Hammer of Justice and bubble up.
Splat.
By far, this will live in my memory as the greatest kill I have ever been a part of. ^_^
