Honestly, the overkill change was a long time coming. It has very little effect over the course of a fight, but it changes the oepening sequence drastically. It will no longer be possible, for example, to get a five point finisher in between the cheap shot and a five point kidney shot, which is, quite honestly, a very needed nerf.
I just kind of hope they realize that rogues are seriously squishy outside of their initial stunlock and end up buffing resil or our survivability to compensate at some point, but that's probably just wishful thinking.

Don't get why people are whining about the druid buff to caster form. Druid in caster form has around 3500 armor, and is squishy as heck. We have less armor then pally and shammy, and priest can lolbubble himself. Druid in caster form has no instant cast protection aside from natures grasp (priest has fear/bubble, shammy has earthbind/grounding/frost shock, and pally has HoJ and bubble), and is prone to getting demolished if caught out of tree/bear form and silenced.
They nerfed tree armor which was what most people were whining about. For the majority of resto druids that were sitting in tree form tanking infinitely, this has hurt them. But at the same time, caster form badly needed a buff too because its very dangerous for a druid to pop out of tree form to cyclone, dps, whatever that every other healing class can do without immediately dropping their survivability a ton (tree = 12.5k armor for me, non tree = 3.5k armor roughly)
So much QQ. You guys got the nerf you wanted. The buff to non-caster form doesn't make it an overall buff cause its so much easier to just sit in tree form and spam hots and not shift out then it is to have to shift between tree for heals, caster for dps/cyclone, and bear for survivability and stun. I swear every DPS class that QQ's here feels that if they aren't able to faceroll a healer in 1 burst that the healer is OP.

Paladins
* Eye For An Eye: This talent now deals 5/10% of the critical strike damage taken by the paladin back at the attacker.
* Hand of Freedom: The base duration of this buff has been reduced from 10 seconds to 6 seconds.
* Ulduar

+ The flight time of Rocket Strikes has been increased, and Rocket Strikes will try to prefer players at range.
+ The Leviathan Mk II component of the V-07-TR-0N will become stunned during Phase 4 when the VX-001 component begins to cast the P3Wx2 Laser Barrage ability.
+ Proximity mines now deal less damage and have a lower duration. A small arming time has also been added so proximity mines will not immediately detonate on creation.
* Pulsing Spellshield: The stats listed in the tooltip for this item were incorrect and have been adjusted. This item provides 69 spell power, 34 haste rating, 42 critical strike rating, 45 intellect, and 45 stamina.
Eye for an Eye did not need a nerf, should nerf retribution aura instead. Hand of freedom was a bad idea to nerf as well, paladins will become even more one-sided in what they can do. Nerf certain aspects of Ret burst, don't nerf their mobility.
Mimiron: Awesome! No more shockblasts and spinning up at the same time, this wiped my guild endlessly until we finally learned to deal with it. No more mines instantly dropping and glibbing people who were out of shockblast range either.
They buff my shield :D then nerf it T.T. Pulsing spellshield is a bit too powerful atm anyways, but its nice if you have it.
Oh and NO MORE CoI spam you stupid Deathknights! This was a MUCH needed change. Edit: now they just need to put a DR on it.
