Saurfang will cleave the nukes before it hits California.
Is saurfang going to defend finnish ppl too?
If north korea rly haves "real" nukes. I bet that if they launch even 1 nuke to attack America, America have all of their leaders in bunkers and launched 2000nukes around world to destroy everyone else before they die :) So expect happy ending..... naah this wont ever happen.....
it does RUN RUN!
Yeah, who cares about the potentially millions of civilians who would die, right? Happy ending!

I think that Monkey means that it's happy that we get a real Fallout-style life! (I can't wait to do the quest for the pimp suit.)

The British are rumored to have a Cobalt bomb. In short terms, if it goes off, everything dies. If full scale nuclear war ever did occur, either the west will win, or everything will die.

A few jokes about canadians.... something about Sourfang..... nothing all too serious. I think it is scarry when a government who explicitly wants me to die tests out a nuke shortly followed by a long range missile test. Also I live on the west coast. More importantly, my family whom I love lives on the west coast with me. This makes me worried because it could potentially kill the ones I love dearly.
But then again... sourfang... LULZ... CHUCK NORRIZ.... ZOMG!1!

The DPRK has what amounts to a laboratory bomb. The difference between doing an underground detonation in carefully controlled circumstances (for a pretty measly yield) and fitting a nuclear warhead to an ICBM capable of evading anti-missile systems and reentering the atmosphere still in one piece, on target, and detonating is massive. The DPRK is still decades away from having the ability to inflict a nuclear strike on the US mainland.
And anyone who says that every country in the world should have nuclear weapons is either ignorant of the severity of a thermonuclear war, a sociopath, or simply suicidal. Nuclear weapons are easily the greatest threat to humanity right now and it's scary how close we've already come to a major exchange between relatively stable nations.
We're playing russian roulette with what we have now. It's just a matter of time before these weapons are used and the only chance we have to get through it without destruction of life as we know it would be to get off planet before it occurs.
It isn't all that hard to make the missile fitted with a nuclear warhead. It doesn't have to be as powerful as the ones the US has... just strong enough to cause a good sized explosion. They could make 50 or so of these missiles, and just carpet the west coast with them.
And the missile defense system? Laughable.

I'll agree it is difficult to mount the technology onto a missile. But that technology already exists. All that needs to happen is a few individuals need to be bribed, or a book of technical schemematics needs to land in thier laps... and then kaboom. It may seem like a difficult task, but in reality, they just need proper propulsion, guidance, materials, the nuke itself, and motive.
I personally have not ever made a ICBM, or a nuclear warhead. But if you have both of those, which the North is getting very close too, simply saying they aren't a threat is irresponsible.

I certainly didn't try to be serious, true. Oh well.
Nuclear proliferation sucks... What more do you want? North Korea should not be making and testing Nuclear bombs, but for that matter no country should.
We've taken too many years learning to stop worrying and love the bomb, and now we think of it as a necessary part of our world. A necessary part of our world that only our countries should have.
Bombs are lame.

likely? probably?
Picture you're walking down the street with your son and someone maniac whips out a gun and starts waving it around. Do you say "oh, it's probably not even loaded" and go back to your chili dog? What if you had a gun of your own? Wouldn't you take that guy down? I wouldn't even think twice. That guy would be toast.
This is how I see North Korea. If I were making the decision, I would show the world how we handle things by:
Step 1: Show up on North Korea's doorstep with a squadron of fighters and a field full of tanks. Explain that we are here to disarm them.
Step 2: Disarm*
*Note: If step is ignored, destroy everything in sight until step 2 is accomplished.

No MyTie, the equivalent is going into the hood and shooting people because you think they may have guns.

I was in the AF. I know all about Kunsan AB. But think in terms of North Korea. If they want to make an impression to the world, why go after wimpy south korea? If they destroyed the US.... that would give them clout.
To the man who never got burned, the fire looks decievingly safe.
