Should Cocaine Be Legal?

The question of how the addicts are going to pay for the cocaine still remains, and whether or not you limit their access to it.
If you have the tax payers pay for the cocaine, first off there will be huge amounts of QQ, and second there would be no incentive to stop, and if you make the addicts pay for it, they'll do whatever it takes to get the money. If you don't limit their access to the cocaine, they'll steal and pawn their way to as much cocaine as they possibly can, if you do, then they'll go to the street dealers and do the same anyways.
This changes nothing, and wouldn't be changed by legalizing cocaine. This issue would, unfortunately, remain the same. I have made no attempt to resolve it in my proposal. My proposal tackles other issues though.
My proposal also doesn't:
Cure Cancer
Feed the hungry
Make Michael Jackson black again
Fix global warming
Make mosquito bites not itch
An array of other things.
I'm still working on those. As soon as I come up with solutions I will post them here so you all can QQ and spit on those ideas as well, all of course while not coming up with ideas of your own. Why you ask? I'm a glutton for punishment.
You want our ideas? Don't change anything. The current system is fine. Your idea involves far too much work without actually changing much of anything positively. No one has a problem with people being addicted to crack, its what those people do while on crack or to get more crack that's the problem. Putting those people in prison works well enough to keep them away from those who they'd steal or hurt.

Street dealers would not be out of business.
I can't say with 100% certainty that either of us are right or wrong. I don't know if my idea would work. I'm still inclined to think that it would, in the very least, make it harder to make an income off drug dealing, and therefore less appealing to gangs.
It's pretty obvious you and I are not going to find a compromising ideal. So, I don't think I'm going to press the issue further. I do, however, respect your decision to engage in an intellectual debate with me. For that, thanks.
@Hungryshadow - read my origional post.

Possibly, and at least we have the knowledge you've come a long way, from initially believing that legalizing cocaine is ok, to merely allowing cocaine addicts to get their fix in controlled environments.

I believe cocaine should be legal. I did, and I still do. I never ever said it should be unregulated. My stance remains the same.
You're still confused. Either that or you're still instigating.

Alcohol is hardly regulated. You can alcohol anywhere easily. If you're saying that if cocaine were legal, it should be as easy to acquire as alcohol, you've learned nothing and are dumb.
Now, if you're saying it should be only obtainable and used in controlled environments, that still would never happen, but at least you've made progress.

Careful here. No point in being a jerk.

He really doesn't bother me. I'd prefer he continued this way. It makes me look more professional when the other side of the debate turns to flaming.
