- "Yes Valinaria, I'll explain that later" Dralas said, King Varian stepping foward to Tirion's coffin.
"We have all lost a great hero. The inspiration and hope of the Argent Crusade, of the Alliance, of the Horde and all others against the Lich King rested with Tirion. Now, he has passed on, leaving us with a new bearer of the Ashbringer, and leaving us with the message that even though he is gone, the Light is always with us" Varian said, kneeling down to Tirion's coffin and placing a ring on top of it.
Varian walked away, going back into the crowd, Darion stepping foward next.

"Here lies the greatest among us. A man who believed so strongly in the Light, that he would stand against those who were his allies, would fight for the life of one who many thought were an enemy." Mograine said, his voice echoing across the square, though it was still low. "This man, this paragon of Light, saved me and my Ebon Blade Knight's from being used as mere cannon fodder to destroy the Light's Hope Chapel. This man was worthy of the Ashbringer blade." The Highlord pulled his blades free, and the members of the Blade in the crowd, Aelnon included, pulled their own weapons free.
"We salute him, Highlord Tirion Fordring, knight of the Silver Hand, Paladin of Light, the Ashbringer." Mograine said, raising his blades and the Knights in the crowd did the same. He stepped back, staring at the coffin before turning and walking back to his place.

Base had decided to attend the funeral, although he stood in the back, avoiding attention. He did not want to speak, as he had only known Fordring a short time and felt that it wasn't his place as one of such a dark profession to speak on behalf of such a follower of the Light.

- Dralas stepped foward after Thrall had walked away from the center.. Slowly Dralas walked out, everyone staring at him, silence surrounding the Dalaran center. He walked to the front of Tirion's coffin, staring down at it, a single tear falling down and hitting the coffin.
"Tirion, your death was a noble one. I have no doubt that there was anyone who could have ever matched your faith, your belief, or your hope" Dralas said, turning to the crowd.
"I made an oath to bring down the Lich King, and now I do it, knowing that Tirion made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us. I will never give in, and I will not let his death go in vein" Dralas said, taking the Ashbringer out and pointing it straight into the sky.
"Light be with Tirion!"

"Light be with Tirion!" She roared, her hammer glowing intensly bright, the power of the Naaru core reacting with the Light in the square.
Torphaz threw back his head, roaring with his sadness and anguish, letting loose a blast of green fire that licked upwards.

- Torph roared, fire being let loose, Light emitting from Aelnon's hammer. The Ashbringer, pulsing with Light and energy. People roaring Tirion's name.
"Remember him always!" Dralas yelled, bringing his blade back down...
Rhonin stepped foward, a light pulse of magic trailing him. He arrived at the coffin, using his power of arcane and lifting it into the air, other crusaders walking foward and putting their arms foward, grabbing the coffin.
"Tirion was a great man, and no one ever doubt that. I have little to say besides, goodbye Tirion, and that you will always live on in us.." Rhonin said, his voice choking a bit.
....
....
It had been a few hours of talking and apologies, everyone going around and talking about Tirion. Dralas had managed to grab Aelnon and Valinaria and bring them into a nearby inn, the three sitting down.
"I'll just have some juice, I don't think I'll be drinking anymore.." Dralas said, Torph walking in shorly afterward.

Base was already at the inn, having a think drink. He wasn't drinking out of sadness or frustration, merely to clear his mind and let him focus on what remained to be done.
He watched as Dralas and the others entered and began to speak among themselves. They probably would have enjoyed his company, but he did not wish to speak about Tirion, so he kept to himself.

Torph sat down next to his bondmate and she leaned into him, and he placed his arm around her. Aelnon took a drink of her lauger, being careful not to get drunk. She heard Valinaria's question, but she already knew the answer and continued to think about what Prophet Velen had said to her earlier.
"Watch him. The Naaru have told me they trained him for bearing the Ashbringer, but I still believe it will help to have a good friend nearby. Look after him daughter of my soul, pay close attention to what he does, and assist him as needed." The ancient Draenei had told her, before embracing her and returning to the Exodar.
"This is all I need." She murmured and Torph merely continued to hold her.

- "My age? Oh yes.. you see, when I left Wintergarde Keep after the attack, the Light urged me to a portal. There, I entered a chapel, and it was there that for what was felt like decades the Naaru trained me, making me stronger in the Light. I chose to allow myself to age to a certain extent, mainly to help in the acceptance of me being the new Ashbringer" Dralas said, noticing the troll from the parlor sitting across the room.
"Troll!" Dralas yelled across the room, the troll looking up.
"Come, join us" Dralas said, motioning his hand towards them.

Base sighed and nodded, before quickly finishing his drink and sitting beside the human.
"Hello, friends," He greeted, "It's odd, I did not feel like this earlier today, or even at Tirion's death. I suppose it's just the emotion of so many people that has got me feeling like this. Death doesn't phase me, but when I see so many people that loved him..." He paused, not really wanting to continue. He didn't really want to speak about the Highlord. He felt... Undeserving. He had only known Fordring for a few hours, and he was no paladin. He was a cold-blooded killer.
He smiled slightly as he noticed the elf who's gaze was as daggers on him.

- Dralas patted the troll on the back, trying to comfort him.
"He was a great man, and all you needed to do was talk to him to know that. It doesn't matter who you are, everyone is welcome to love Tirion" Dralas said, hoping his words would help. He noticed Valinaria acting rather odd, constantly moving in her seat.
"Is something wrong dear?" Dralas asked, keeping the troll close.

Aelnon and Torph smiled slightly, watching the exchange between the three.
Should we reveal the truth love?
Torph asked, chuckling under his breath.
No, let's not ruin the mood. It's pleasant right now.
Aelnon answered, watching the fun with a slight smile on her lips.
