- "Argh.." Dralas moaned as he began to sit up, having a bad headache from the Worgen's drinks.
"What the hell happened.." Dralas muttered, shaking his head and blinking a few times.
"I need a shower.." Dralas said, sitting up.
"M-my note! Tirion's message!" Dralas said, realizing he didn't have it. Dralas looked left and right until all he saw a dent in the wood that was near him, a small shred of paper that had nothing on it. Dralas inspected the wood closer that revealed the marking.. of a sharp talon.. from a claw?
"Light help me.." Dralas muttered, getting up and looking around.

Base continued to hold his hands over Una's heart, his face blank, a cold emotionless mask covering his fear. He turned slightly to look at the Draenei. At least, she used to be a draenei. He hadn't noticed before, but she almost appeared to be a dragon.
"
Why must things be so damned complicated?
" He thought, sighing.
He sighed, suddenly noticing that the draconic Draenei had skipped a breath. He watched her, waiting for her to breath, until finally he slammed his fist into her chestplate.
Steadily he watched as Una coughed and flicked her eyes open slightly. "B-Base?" She asked, "I be dead?" She continued.
"No," Base smiled, the tears that were wellnig up in his eyes conceled by his green goggles. "You're still here with me, the Village held."
"
I don't know for how long though...
" He thought, looking back up at the pass.

Her eyes fluttered open, the healing energy still flowing into the female troll. "Is... she.... awake?" Aelnon muttered, and heard a low rumble of a voice. "It's alright love, you can stop." She nodded and passed out.
Torph stared at his bondmate and carefully picked her up. "Is there anywhere we can rest Base? She used up a lot of energy healing your lady friend there." Torph said to him, looking at the couple with a smile. "And once we do that, maybe you can explain to me what happened, I know we both want to help you." The Green looked around at the destruction and sighed, reconizing a scourge attack.

"Oh hell"
Dralas thought, realizing that the only person with Talons that could get into the inn was Aelnon.
"Damnit, maybe she just stepped on it and it fell off.."
Dralas said, walking to the front of the inn and asking for some coffee to help sober him up.
"After this, to the showers.." Dralas said, slowly drinking the coffee, the smell clearing his nose.

Base smiled slightly back at the Dragon. "Of course," He answered. Una Ji'ro attempted to sit up, but he stopped her gently. "No, no. You need rest, I'll take care of you."
He carefully picked up the female in his arms as the dragon liifted Aelnon. Slowly, he led Torphaz to the communal hut, where he laid out a pair of bedrolls, and laid Una down, before returning the ancient tribal axe outside the spirit room door.
Finally, he returned to the the dragon, who had taken his Night Elf form and laid his bondmate on her bedroll.
"I apologize that we don't have better accommodations," He started, sighing as he looked down at the unconscious form of his mate. "We were hit hard by the Scourge. I don't know where they came from. I haven't ever seen them in the North like this since the Battle of Hyjal. I'm assuming they Lich that led them was intending to use us to bolster his forces for an assault on the Night Elves." Base finished coldly, reverting to his logical, tactical side.

"Aye, more then likely." Torph said looking from the way Base was tending to female troll with a slight smile. "Your mate?" He asked quietly, and the troll nodded. "Alright, do you know if the Lich is alone or if there are more scourge nearby? If so, perhaps we should pay them a visit." He said, a feral smile on his face and his eyes glowing slighty, which made the troll chuckle as well.

- Dralas had taken his armor off to a Blacksmith, who said that it was beaten to nearly beyond repair and wasn't sure if it could be restored. Dralas had sighed but nodded, knowing there wasn't anything he could do.
......
Dralas finished taking his shower back in his room, feeling clean and awake now, coming back to his senses now that the alcohol was beginning to get out of his system.
"Why didn't anyone wake me up?"
Dralas thought, putting his clothes on.
"Now that I think about it... where did everyone go?"
Dralas wondered.

Base thought a moment, "Well, before the attack, I saw a Gargoyle scouting the place out. He flew North after I fired an arrow into it. It's possible that they have a foothold on the north shore, a few leagues out from here. I don't know for sure though."
He looked back down at the female troll sleeping at his feet.
"It breaks my heart, seeing her like that again. I know she's alive now, but it was so close. Had it not been for you and... her..." He paused, looking down at Aelnon, before turning back to Torphaz, "I very well might have lost her. It's weird, really. I've killed so many people. I've even saved several people, but none of them mattered as much as her."

Torph chuckled lightly. "It's not that strange Base, even an Assassin has a heart. You always know when you find your other half. I did after all." He said quietly pointing at Aelnon. "And it could have ended differently, had her soulmate not died all those years ago, she would have had a partner already, which would have meant no space in her heart for me." The green said, staring at his bondmate. "But, she had lost that one, and I helped to fill in that hole in her heart."
He looked over at the Troll considering for a moment then decided to tell him. "You know that she asked you to strike her if she stopped breathing. The reason for that is simple; when she heals with the power of the Flight of Life, the Red flight, she uses her own life energy to heal." He saw the dawning realization appear in the trolls eyes and nodded. "She almost died to bring her back for you. She would do that for any she considers a friend. Ignore what she looks like on the outside Base, she is still the Draenei you met so long ago."
Torph leaned back agains the hut wall, watching the two females, seeing Base thinking about what the Dragon had just told him.

- Dralas sat on his bed, now meditating and fortifying his belief in the Light. Trying to see if he could sense all of his friends. Silently Dralas prayed, hoping that his connection would be strong enough to know everyone was safe.
