Fire and Brimstone -- After a lot of feedback and testing, we think we are going to change this again. Now increases the damage done by your Incinerate and Chaos Bolt by 15% on targets afflicted by Immolate, and increases the critical strike chance of your Conflagrate by 25%. The first portion of the talent is now a pure percent boost instead of modifying the “bonus” that Incinerate gets. It was too confusing to players and had some weird side-effects, such as Chaos Bolt not scaling well with Incinerate if Incinerate did more damage.
Incinerate and Immolate -- There does seem to be a bug where spellpower is not getting applied correctly. We don't know at this point if this is an old or new bug. Certainly there used to be a lot of spells that didn't scale with spellpower, though we now make an attempt to make sure almost all of them do. It may matter less with the F&B change, but we'll still get it resolved.
Conflagrate -- We still intend to leave this as it currently works on live (not consuming the Immolate).
well, there's some good news then.
FnB provides a clear improvement now and conflag damage is getting simplified with the glyph staying as live.

what I understund from these changes is that blizzard trying to make destructions rotation harder, to take place of affliction loose..Damn they really dont know what to do with my mains class...

whatever gives you that impression?
with the latest changes the rotation is identical to live but incinerate and CB will perform much better for deep destro builds. the removal of MC from destro was, i think, to simplify the destro rotation while giving more complexity to demo.

from what i gather the decision to hotfix conflag was almost entirely a pvp concern. i'm sure that blizz were happy to drop it's pve damage too, since conflag was becoming an almost mandatory talent, but i'm sure that would have waited for a patch rather than been hotfixed.
the general trend in pvp seems to be away from burst and with the conflag buff in 3.1 they made a massively bursty spell. quite how high the crits got, in terms of actual numbers, isn't really the point and, perhaps, is pulling the debate in the wrong direction.

Sorry when i wrote this i had not read that they plan to leave glyph of conflagrate as it is on live, so your rotation should be more complicated.At least i hope it will stay as it is.

2. dunno, i presume it stays as live. it'd be nice if it's a flat increase to crit but 25% is a lot without any drawbacks
