Since when did Armoury tell you what raids we did pre-3.0?

And this automatically qualifies all your posts as ultimately legit and useful?
Pre 3.0 does
Armory links or it didn't happen. I've checked your GM, most of your guild officers and several random members.
No one
completed anything higher Kara/Gruul/Mag/ZA before 3.0.
looks like you got 3.0wned

I have noticed a good thing. Ulduar has finally something for healers, even on easy modes. In naxx I could just spam rejuv and wild groth and I'd top the meters and we'd do fine. But in Ulduar, gosh I have to think of what heals to use and can't just mindlessly spam hots on the MT. Even on trash. General Vezax anyone? Thanks to Blizz for making raids more interesting.
We consider ourselves "hardcore", (although we are having some serious shortage of raiders atm) but we still haven't cleared the whole ulduar. But well, I think after a few months of learning the best tacs normal modes are going to be a run-trough, and we can start doing hard modes. I agree that ulduar 10man most bosses are easy, but for the more casual guilds they can be a challenge. And that's a good thing.
PS. lol we tried FL hardmode too by accident, and I was
hard
! And now they even buffed it to even more hard so I'm eagerly waiting for the other hard modes :)

I'm glad they made Ulduar easier tbh. The reason i play WoW is because I want a game that relatively casual, while still being challenged enough to make it satisfying, and WoW his a pretty good balance when it comes to catering to as many people as possible. If you want uber hard modes etc, and extreme e-peen from having the best gear possible, this isn't the game for you. Even if it takes half a year to make a legendary, thats nothing to the game i used to play, FFXI, which is probably the definition of hardcore.
for ffxi, Its far more difficult to: level, gear up, defeat bosses, and is about 10x more time consuming because there's very little instancing; therefore your competing for spawns with dozens of other guilds, who are all rooting for you to fail. The hardest bosses are downed by 1-2 guilds per server max, if at all. For example, Pandemonium weapon wasn't downed until january of this year, despite being added more then a year and a half ago...... rofl. Can you even imagine the kind of loot drama there would be on a kill like this where you are probably never going to be on farm status? I played this for 4 years and really regret how big a time sink it was, but if you want a game that caters to the hardcore, i recommend you try this out. Then you will come back to WoW and stop ^&*!@ing when they make #$%^ easier.
Yea this is offtopic, since ffxi has nothing to do with ulduar, but i just hate reading people *!@#$ing about this, when their only mmo experience is WoW. They don't understand how lucky they are that blizzard is both extremely responsive, and willing to try to cater to the demands of its players.
