You are not a man until you have eaten a
Manwich
.
That doesn't look pleasant.

I made this thread last night 'cause I was feeling philosophical, but now it's taking the same turns the Religious discussions did...
I didn't take a very active part in this thread so I think I'm neutral enough to say, stop whining about how thread the bad has gone when you're the one who created it, if other totally neutral observers think its gone sour that's one thing, but just because people disagree with your interpretation doesn't mean the thread has gone bad.

Humility. The greater a man is, the greater his humility.

Typo made me smile :)
Haha, lol, good catch.
But yeah, most of the time I'm not really neutral, but most of the time I don't claim to be either (which I consider far worse). And the only whining I've done is whine about how specific moderators claim to not take sides, then lock topics when things don't go their way.

A man, or a woman, for that matter, should only show humility is the situation calls for it. If he's always as such, that's closer to submissiveness.
I don't know about 'submission'. I was speaking about:
1) Recognition of the virtues and talents that others possess, particularly those which surpass one's own, and giving due honor and, when required, obeisance;
2) Recognition of the limits of one's talents, ability, or authority; and, not reaching for that which is beyond one's grasp.

"am I a man now"
"a man is just a boy old enough to ask that question"
Grats on achieving manhood! =p

The Big Lebowski: What... What makes a man Mr.Lebowski? Is it the willingness to do the right thing, no matter the cost?
The Dude Lebowski: Sure. That, and a pair of testicles.
