You make a post on a WoW discussion board about a completely overpowered and ridiculous new talent, because it would just be cool, damn it.
I always did like the idea of a longer duration Mind Control for shadow priests, though... Dominate mind or somethingerether.

Warrior, prot: United We Stand
Passive
As long as you are within 30 yards of any party member, damage you take is reduced by 15% and your health is increased by 5%
I really like this one, but I think it should be 50 yards of ALL party members. I like the idea that the prot warrior is punished if he doesn't keep his mates alive (Or, glass-is-half-full: Rewarded for keeping all his mates alive). Sorta similar to the 3.0 Protector of the Pack.
Here's mine:
Druid, Restoration: Deep Roots
Requires Tree of Life Form. Instant Cast, 0 mana.
Plant your roots, immobilizing you, increasing the armor bonus granted by Tree of Life Form by 100%, and granting 40% resistance to Area Effect spells. While planted, the effect of your Tree of Life aura is increased by 50%, and you gain the Gift of Life aura, granting 200 health per second to all party and raid members within 40 yards. The effect of Gift of Life aura is decreased the further players stand from the Druid.
(200 health per second would be if you stood right next to the druid. I think it would be interesting to see raid strategy drawings about where to plant your druids.)
Rogue, Assassination: Assassinate
Melee Range, 2 Second Cast, 80 Energy, Requires Stealth, 1 minute cooldown, Must be behind target
Deal damage equal to of the target's health. This damage cannot be avoided or mitigated by armor, and does not receive damage increasing benefits. This ability does not remove you from stealth. Damage dealt cannot exceed 90% of the targets health. Generates 2 combo points.
(I'm trying not to put OP stuff in my suggestions, but I've always thought that Assassination should have an attack that can be done from stealth without breaking stealth that actually has to do with Assassinating your target. I figure a 2 second cast would be hard to pull off without being interrupted or removed from stealth, and the 80 energy cost prevents instantly jumping into a Cheap-shot stunlock . As is, this would be next to worthless in PvP, and even more so in PvE. But I still like the concept.)
Warrior, Fury: First Strike
Passive, Requires Berserker Stance or Battle Stance
Whenever you enter combat, you gain the First Strike effect. First Strike reduces the rage cost of all abilities by 100%, reduces the threat generated by your attacks by 100%, and increases your critical strike chance by 30%. First Strike lasts for 5 seconds.
(This probably isn't powerful enough to be a level 90 talent)

Here are mine. Pretty standard stuff from what I've seen and reiterating some of the stuff seen earlier. I don't think any of them are iWin, but they are certainly powerful.
Beast Mastery:
Master of Beasts
30% Base Mana 3 second cast 5 minute cooldown
You let out a beastly roar, calling all beasts to come to your aid. The summoned pets are randomly choosen from tamable pets, have unlimited focus and only use their primary special ability (claw, bite or pound). The summoned pets can not be affected by Bestial Wrath. Last 15 seconds.
Marksmanship:
Dragon Shots
30% Base Mana 3 second cast 5 minute cooldown
All damage you deal is changed to chaos damage while this spell is in effect. Chaos damage ignores magical sheilding effects and ignores 50% of the damage negated by armor. This effect lasts 15 seconds.
Survival:
Leader of the Hunt
All party or raid members within 30 yards of you gain the benefits of your Improved Tracking Ability. You gain a damage bonus of .5% for each raid or party member within 30 yards to a maximum of 10.

Strikes the primary target and the next two targets on the threat list. Deals 40,000 Physical Damage. Damage is increased by 25% for each talent point the targets have in the Protection, Frost, Unholy, Blood, or Feral Talent Trees. Overkill damage is spilled over to the next target on the threat list. The overkill damage can spill over endlessly until there is no more overkill damage or no more melee range targets for the overkill damage to damage.

Instant cast, 1 hour cooldown
The Death Knight's perfect mastery of Death allows him to become a Grim Reaper for as long as his Runic Power allows him. Drains 10 Runic Power per second, but while under this effect the Death Knight is invulnerable and every attack instantly kills the enemy.
I really wish people would stop posting "instant kill" things. They aren't clever, they'd never be implemented, and it shows no real forethought in the post.

Pick/State the class and tree, of your choice and state your Talent Name, it's effects and fully explain how it works
Heres Mine: Elemental Shaman
Avatar State: Casts for 5 second for 45% of total mana base----The Shaman channels the spell for 3 secs after the cast, the Shaman is then transformed into one of the 4 elementals. Air: Armor and Attack Power increase by 100% Stamina and Spell Power are boosted by 75% The Air elemental is the balance dps element, doing melee spell dmg. Earth: Armor is boosted by 250% and Stamnina by 100%: When Transformed you instant taunt the target for 5 seconds. Fire: Spell Power Armor and Crit are boosted by 100%( This form is more effective vs spell dmg mobs) Water: Increase spell power and mana regen by 50%-Instantly restores 5% of your total mana to all casters around you and Water Nova(50yrd rng) healing all allies for 5% of their Hp every 2sec for 10seconds and dmging all enemies for 7% of your spll power for 11seconds.

summons forth the depths of hell itself to spill into the world of azeroth / outland and with it, hordes of demonic enitities that completely annihilate everything with no mercy or hesitation.
basically its like summoning a couple thousand of each of our pets, as well as the strongest, largest fire AoE ever, unreistable. totally OP but come on, that would be amazing to see at least once lol :-D

for both, except Inimidation. You must select a pet as a target for Intimidation.
I don't think it's OP, especially since this would #1, balance out BM with the other specs, and #2, Intimidation could only be active on your main pet.
