you do realise the drakes do stupid ammounts of damage aswell? It would be extremely useful to hav a shorter CD on shield wall for that fight.
Also i find it ironic that you are lecturing me on threat builds but you havent had the dps (and im assuming the threat) to get the timed patchwerk achievement. Did your deepwounds not make up enough damage? :P
I'm not in the most hardcore guild, and I really couldn't care less about achievements. Also, I find it funny that you lecture us about survivability yet you have the following gimped crap:
Defense/SBV meta gem. 12 defense enchant on bracers. 20 agility enchant on gloves. Deflection band. And Commendation of Kael'thas (!)

7% DW damage sounds about right.
That's over 3 times the benefit of the armsman enchant. That's nearly the amount you get from putting vigilance on a high DPS class. Deep Wounds sounds pretty awesome to me.

I take the rings which drop for me, Commendation of Kaelthas is still better then most the 80 trinkets for the majority of fights although I actually have all the trinkets except that savy druid one your packing. I prefer agility to the +threat enchant and am not prepared to change it. my def rating gem and chant are from a while ago.
I only restarted playing last week after facerolling all the content within the 1st month of release and gettng bored and stopping, i was asked to come back for ulduar by my guild and it looked really cool. I needed all the def rating then and i only got the majority of my T8.5 last week but nice try :P

Commendation of Kael'thas is terrible for most purposes. It might be useful for surviving burst magic damage, at least as long as you aren't a jewelcrafter (in which case you will have access to far better stamina trinkets for both slots). But for something like melee damage, it's just bad. There's a blue heroic drop with 111 stamina that I hope you will agree is superior, and the "druid trinket" from Naxx gives much more effective health for physical damage (as well as actually reducing the damage, akin to avoidance, rather than just stamina soaking it).
The agility enchant on gloves is useless, the choice is between 2% threat and 10 parry rating, 15 expertise rating, or 18 stamina. 20 agility is just flat-out worse than any of those options.
