Yeah, you need 100 mounts to get this.
You literally need to get every mount you possibly can in order to accomplish this. It'll probably get easier in time, with them adding more mounts every now and again, but for now this is one hell of a feat.

Saw a shammy post some pics on the forums a while back of a red dhawk mount, really looks kida disappointing for the 100 mount achieve, but meh it's still a status symbol and will be ridden with pride.
Disappointing?! This is one of the coolest mounts ever!
The Albino Drake looks much better than either the Horde or Alliance Dragonhawk.

I doubt PvEers will be getting frost wyrms. From what I understand, proto drakes = PvE achievements, frost wyrms = PvP achievements.
