Why duel spec will cause more trouble in pvp

Well at first thought, the idea of duel spec seemed like a good idea. It would open up your character a lot more to a range of spells and abilities they would have had to pay gold for to use, and do things like give someone healing as offspec well dps as main, or dps as offspec and tank as main.
Well in something like pve, it seems like a great idea, in pvp however, I can just see a whole world of new problems coming with it.
From reading the notes on duel spec, what it says is you can not use duel spec change when in combat with something, or well in arena only, Not when in battlegrounds or in wintergrasp matches, so you can change to off spec well out of combat then.
Now imagine it. And elemental shaman goes resto well out of combat, and sees a balance (boomkin) druid, so should be easy kill, just spec back to elemental and kill it quick. Suddenly boomkin turns into resto druid and doesn't die.
Same with rogues, a rogue specs combat as main (with duel swords) and Subtlety as off, he ambushes someone one moment in Subtlety, vanishes, does change over to combat out of combat, and kills someone as combat spec.
This will make more problems in pvp then what could solve it, the classes that already were OP in pvp will now become even more so, and the classes that had problems in pvp before will have more problems, and in no way will this balance it out.
Unless its prevented from changing over in any battleground or in WG, this will just open a lot more problems for this balance problem there is now.

Yeah keep in mind if you want to switch between specs you may also have to change equipment to be dangerous with the new spec. That makes switching between an indestructible prot pally and an offensive ret a little more difficult than just changing trees.
Actully, though I'm not sure, but seeing a video on dual spec, it said something about how with duael spec, you get a new equitment bag, and when you change specs it automaticly changes gear with the spec for you, so you keep your secondary gear on reserve.
but don't quote me on that, not to sure.

So the better geared/better prepared players will have an advantage over the rest. Where's the problem?
Change is inevitable. The winners are the ones that can adapt to new situations.
The winners are the ones that roll classes that are easy to play in pvp and who have moves suited for it, the ones that suffer are the ones who don't have such moves. Rogues, paladins, resto druids, death knights, fury warrior, theses win in pvp because of ability, and even against a much more well geared shaman, mage, warlock, boomkin, priest or hunter, can still win just because they have more OP moves then these other ones.
Lack of balance is all it comes down to.

Changing specs uses up all your mana btw, just thought id throw that in here. So 1 you would have to leave combat, 2 change specs, 3 drink. Unless your playing retards, its not gonna happen. Maybe for a rogue but come on do you really think blizz will let that happen? How much more qq can they take?

Dual spec is only usable at 80 atm. I figure that most people also want to raid at that point. Right now you have to make a choice: either you make a pvp build or you make a raid build, since alot of pvp builds suck in raids and vice-versa. Dual spec solves this problem. Sure, some classes (for instance druids) can have a pve healing build, which is still pretty nice in pvp, hence having 2 pvp builds. But the fact that this can only be used out of combat and drains all of your mana makes switching in bg's not really an option either.
ps: I'm only talking about builds here, not about gear. This is, after all, a topic about dual speccing, not dual gearing ^
pps: I've read absolutely nothing about the lexicon not being needed anymore, so I'm going to assume you're either on a test realm -and it might not even make it in the real game-, or on a server that's ahead of current EU servers.

Can't find anything about lexicon of power except for in the interview. Since that's a bit outdated it's not very accurate.
And maybe there's a difference in US and EU realms, it happened before, although I forgot with what -.-

Okay, I've just checked the US realm patch notes on the official blizzard site and guess what?
You friggin' get the dual spec at lvl 40 while we still have max level only!
So actually we were both right =p
