Hey, tried doing this achievment today for real. I had fooled around with it before, but the grps was kinda bad for these attempts. Today i tried the hunter kiting tactic, but it seems it does not work anymore. So we tried it the old school way, with taking one grp after another and leaving watcher alive. Then killing the boss. The grp consisted of.
holy priest
Fire mage
afflication warlock
Hunter
Tankadin/me)
We was all good geared the dpser had an average 2.3k dps upwards it varies btw 2k to 3k. THe healer did a great job, he manage to keep my alive to third add and his mana never went below 70%. That killed us was not the poison or the webbing, that killed us in the end was the third had does that disorient crap for 4 sec thne you run around like a scattered animal. We also tried with MDing to the hunters pet so add would get off with using the pet standing in the hole just near boss, there is a hole and next to it at same level as boss, just at boss you can get inside. The adds won't reach the pet thru the wall so your add should got around the same way as you to get to pet. Doesn't work bcs the caster add will kill pet, but it worked for a few secs. anyways we only managed to get boss to 60% then we died.
So my question is how i do it and that grp members are best, lowest dps possible and how much mana should the healer at least got?
(sry if this have gotten answer but the comment post is very confusing that is best so would like to hear some tips, at the achievement page)

With really good DPS you could do something like what I outlined
here
. I've done it one more time after the first one and it worked pretty much just as well - victory, but a close one.
I hate this achievement...it's a sure repair bill for me...

I've done this a couple of times (for guildies) on my feral-druid.
Warrior-tank, Feral-druid, random members. I pull all three watchers (moonfire ftw?) and run like hell. The party waits until the adds cross the corner, before they unleash hell upon the boss. I run through the portal, and run back in again. The adds are halfway back to the boss, and he dies.
Good DPS is a very important part of this.

My group finally got this achievement and we dont have hardly any gear beyond 10 man raids.
We had me (prot warrior), feral druid, warlock, shadow priest, holy paladin.
You can reset the encounter by suiciding someone with enough time to rez before they re-spawn.
We did this and had everyone but the paladin run behind where the boss spawns into the left corner(left facing the boss).
The holy paladin ran in to face pull all 3 groups. bubbled, aoe stunned, consecrated, then speed potioned for the entrance.
When all the mobs got almost to the tunnel entrance (to avoid getting on the skirmishers aggro table) we jumped the boss and burned all cooldowns to get him down.
Paladin died at the entrance, adds got back to us a couple seconds before the boss died. I aoe taunted and popped shield wall. They nearly instagibed me anyways but it was long enough to kill the boss.
Spell reflecting his mindflay is a huge boost to dps. A) it hurts him and not the tank that is trying to stay alive. B) While he is casting he is not hitting the tank, so it cuts the incoming damage to nothing while reflecting.
This was a huge roadblock for me to get my red proto (the other being volazj quick demise) but as you can see its definitely possible with entry raid gear and no heroism.

It seems that the only way to do this is by using the kiting method unless you have a stupid amount of luck on the disorient and the web wraps.
We used a rogue to misdirect all the mobs to a druid who sprinted to the entrance while we killed the boss. Once the mobs returned the boss was dead (and we got the achievement). We subsequently wiped, went back and looted the boss. Very simple if you have at least 2 strong dps'ers.

We have been failing hard at Les Rabi (our last achievement) but we got this one down really well.
We pull the middle group first and kill the 2 adds, then pull the left group and kill the adds. Finally we pull the right group and the warrior shockwaves them all and runs to instnance entrance. The rest of the group then lays in and nukes the boss. We did it with 2 blood dks, an affliction lock, a druid healer and prot warrior (also did it with a pally tank).
The real secret here is to kill the adds that backstab. If we left them alone then they would always 1 shot one of the dps while warrior is pulling them to entrance since even if you do no dps, you will still be on their aggro table.

We did this..
Tank pulls adds, runs like hell to the back, when they get there, the tank pops the parry/dodge thing
i pick up krik'thir, and equip the best shield for warriors known to man (Aegis of Damnation ;p)
DPS go rambo on krik'thir, i spell reflect and SB to make it a bit easier on the healer
(by now the tank should be dead)
When he gets low, i switch to armageddon and pop recklessness/deathwish/trinket
Dead, and us too :D

This was actually the second most difficult achievement for my group to do, right after

(due to having to be really insanely quick with interrupts), but the way we did it was...
We had two DKs, a Retadin, Priest, and Rogue. Paladin went and cast
Hand of Freedom
on the other DK while I put on my tanking gear and went into Frost Presence. I started channeling
Army of the Dead
, and the other DK (in Unholy Presence) went and aggro'd all the watchers and their adds and ran back to the instance portal and switch to Frost Presence. At that point, we zerged the boss and, with some seriously awesome deeps, managed to kill him just in time to get decimated by the adds.

Hmm i hear alot about the kiting method, but does it really work, when we pulled adds outside the room to instance portal tunnel the boss and adds despawns. So i got the impression you can only do it straight up now, perhaps wrong. but that is how it happend then we used a hunter to pull adds towards portal?

If you pull the boss, that happens. If you pull the adds, it doesn't.

okey so if you pull his adds first then leave boss standing there, the the tank goes in and aggro boss there he is, he will not despawned. our hunter did shoot the boss but i picked it up before he left the room:)
