Frost Presence now reduces spell damage taken by 10%. (Down from 15%)
Lichborne doesn't increase the chance of your enemies to miss you anymore.
Bone Shield cooldown has been increased from 1min to 2min.
Blade Barrier now decrease damage taken by 1/2/3/4/5% for 10 sec.

These changes are totally bulls**t.
Lichborne is a totally PvP talent now...Maybe they should lower the CD now that it doesnt give miss chance anymore...
The change to frost presence is a straight nerf, :(
With the change to BS, blizzard are trying to pidgeonhole tanking into the frost tree imo.
(Also the CD of vampiric blood and Unbreakable Armor has been increased to 2 mins as well, i think).
And i hate the change to blade barrier...i'm gonna miss my 75% avoidance, >.>
First, they take away the threat generating capabilities of frost tree by making HB on a 10 sec CD and doing lower damage, and now they pidgeonhole us into frost for tanking. I am beginning to think blizzard shouldnt have given us tanking abilities in the first place and made us a fail dps class, cause personally, i am believing thats what we're heading towards....
/end rant.

They removed the necrosis/bcb nerfs at least. HB got hit again though with a 10 sec cool down :(

I can deal with most of these nerfs, but i want the old Blade Barrier back, that was one talent that made Death Knights unique.

Unique, yes. Op, also yes. Fact that dks are pushing 75% avoidence raid buffed in current content while other tanks are only pushing 60% avoidence raid buffed. Now imagin in ulduar, a tank that excels in magic dmg tanking is also avoiding 80% of incoming attacks, where other tanks are only avoiding 60-65%...really its quite stupid. Now add in lichborne, hello 100% avoidence on a 3 min CD, it is more op then any kind of o crap button once your dk hits 75% avoidence mark.
Now with blizz pigholing dks into frost tree tanking...hey guess what suck it up because other 3 tanking class dont even have the luxury to spec into their other tree to tank. Either that, or suggest to blizz to make all three tree viable to do anything because nobody else gets that luxury.
Last time i checked, the reason DKs had the high avoidance was due us being unable to block like the other tanks (and Druids have uber HP and armor as is). So no, it was not OP.

imo give DK shield or let them have their avoidance! I can't stand nerfs! The warrior and paladin have
Shield Block
and paladin have
Redoubt
so they also have 100% avoidance, why shouldn't we have?

correction to the above:
warriors def stance has had the warrior's
outgoing damage penalty
lowered to 5% (from 10). that's a big buff to warriors' threat and damage.
they went too far. lets hope they pull back a bit.
