Two points in = 20%.In the Paladin Protection Tree, " Avenger's Shield" is said to do 494 to 602 Holy damage, whilst ingame it is 270 to 330 Holy damage.
Cya ;)The talent calculator displays the highest rank of spells learned through talents. Thus it shows 494 to 602 damage(Rank 3) instead of 270 to 330 damage(Rank 1).

Power Infusion tooltip says "277 Mana", but in-game, with no talents at all, it says "419 Mana".

It is based on your level
16% of base mana. Tooltip show in talent calculator show it as lower lvl u can get it

Insect swarm damage is wrong. It only takes off 108 damage.

As you can see in the tooltip, what you are looking at is Insect Swarm (Rank 6). The talent calculator always display the latest rank of spells with multiple ranks.
