My first char was on a tiral, a Forsaken Warrior. I was told by a friend that played WoW that Warriors were a good starting class if you're new to the game (or something like that). Then when I bought the game I rolled Forsaken Warrior again.
But now I play Forsaken Death Knight.

Tauren druid. Loved the tauren as a people from WCIII, liked animals, liked being an allrounder. Never looked back, never rerolled.

My first was a Troll Hunter... By the time i hit lvl 40 i only had 12g & my talents were all messed up since i was a n00b
Ashamed of it, I moved on to make a Troll shaman... was awesome, got my talents right, fairly decent gear, & I was part of a really fun guild... Unfortunately, time off from WoW proved fatal for my shammy as the guild disbanded & it got really lonely
I then attempted Human Paladin... had so much fun tanking & enjoyed getting all that epic stuff :) But i guess it was just the spurr of the moment since it got a bit repetitive & once again, time off meant my guild disbanded & it was a little quiet in chat
Im now a Troll hunter again & have been one for almost a year... & I'm loving every moment of it :)

Gnome Warlock - Early '05. Only races who could be Locks were Humans and Gnomes, and i didn't want to be a Human which left Gnome. Had him until the Naxxramas launch(mid '06) when IRL issues meant i had to give up the account.
When i came back a few months later i picked Undead Mage as i wanted to try out the Horde side. Decided on Mage because i wanted to stay as a caster. Still playing him now :)

My friend was in the Horde, and I didn't want to be Alliance (its kind of boring to me to play the same generic characters game after game), so I ended up going with the Forsaken because I liked their storyline. As far as class, I generally prefer to play either warriors or thieves, so I ended up rolling a rogue because it it sounded like the most fun (sneaking around, ambushing, escaping from tough fights in a cloud of smoke, etc). This was the summer of 2007, and I am still playing him as my main to this day.

Gnome mage.
Only reason was because I liked the whole "magic" thing.
Humans and Gnomes were the only race that could be a mage back then, and Humans just seemed to generic. Once I got him to level 10, I rerolled a dwarf paladin. Friend tempted me to go Horde, so I went to Dalaran and got a shaman up to level 30.
After that, some ****er got my account banned so I quit WoW for about 6 months. Came back about 3 months before BC and had "make tons of alts fever." Finally when BC came out, I made a BE pally and stuck with him. He's now level 80.
