Overall decent gear.
could use some upgrades but all the items are nicely gemmed and enchanted
except for his bracers and boots. even though they are blue i would still trow some sort of enchant on them to improve it.
overall as said decent gear and good enough to tank naxx25
talents i`m not to sure about havnt played tank in a long time but i think i would have done some things diffrent.
nothing more to ad then i`ll give him a 7.5 out of 10 not commenting on the talents pure looking at gear and enchants.
here is mine enjoy

I've been a main tank for years, and just switched to Fury a couple weeks ago...and I love it.
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Blackwing+Lair&n=Wiggum
I'm almost exalted with Ebon blades to upgrade the boots, and will be purchasing the 60 badge bracers next week. I've been holding out for the Betrayer of Humanity for my MH, so hopefully that can replace the titansteel piece soon.
Also, I really like Anger Management. I know that most fury builds use the classic 18/53 build, but I find that during a 5 minute boss fight, that extra 100 rage all gets spent, and is worth the point to invest in it. Especially when wielding slow weapons of the same speed, when both your white hits get you 24 rage, that extra point makes a big difference when your WW is ready, and you otherwise would have to wait a couple seconds for the next swings to land.
I usually do just around 4k dps on most bosses, but am always looking to improve :)

6.5/10, you should really replace your shoulders and wrist
I've seen some pretty unrealistic ratings in this thread, but i hope mine is pretty fair :)

I got a few trinkets to use instead of the hit rating one i got, but i think threat/dps is more important then some avoidance :)

i take 2 points off because of the spec. in the arms tree i would only put points in deflection and improved heroic strike the others aren't necessary, improved rend is useless for tanking and so is impale and deep wounds. i can understand improved charge for the extra rage boost but then again you have improved bloodrage in the prot tree that would cause the same effect. as for the fury tree i would put all 5 points in cruelty which will be a lot more helpful than impale and deep wounds from the arms tree. in the prot tree everything is perfect except for improved revenge, for and end game spec improved revenge is useless
I agree that improved rend is pretty useless for tanking, but impale and deep wounds are really good for extra dps/threat. Deep wounds is about 8% of my damage done on bosses (more on thaddius), and that only for 3 talent points which is nothing to sneeze at.
Improved revenge will sometimes stun mobs, stunning mobs = less hits = better survivability
Mobs that are stunnable is probably not hitting you very hard, so the stun isn't really necessary. I'm not saying the talent is bad, I usually take it myself, but I messed up the spec a bit :)

He is pretty fail, still have ghetto enchants on a few pieces

Not THAT familiar with Fury Gear but not bad. I'd get a new bracer asap if I were you. Wyrmrest Accord has a decent one, but you need rep for that. Other than that, just need a better offhand. Looks like skinning isn't doing much for ya. Jewelcrafting or Blacksmithing can give you more good gems or gem slots to work with.

sorry, the warrior's links above me aren't working for some reason.

I know I have to change a good few of my gems and my shoulder chant is a fail.
Trying to get to 30 expertise so I can finish my rotation (MS, slam) without getting dodged and parried.
Critique away!
The basic question I asked myself when I looked at your gear/spec is "What are you trying to do?" Because, to be honest, your gear indicates PvE but your spec has several talents that indicate PvP. You're limiting yourself in both realms due to your gear (not good for PvP) or your spec (not good for PvE). I would change to a standard TG spec (here is a great resource for Fury:
http://www.tankspot.com/forums/f177/41401-6th-edition-dw-fury-guide.html
) if you wanted to pursue PvE. As for PvP, I'm not as familiar as I am with PvE so I can't really comment.
As for your gear, it could use some work. It isn't horrible, you're obviously doing the best you can. Run Heroic Gundrak for the ring and go ahead and regem everything you can (maintain that meta!) to strength.
My character profile:

Edit: I forgot to rate. 7/10.
