That would be nice but along with multi boxers, the @#%holes are dollar signs to blizzard so they'll let it slide.
There's nothing wrong with multiboxers, its just an alternative to playing. Even got a whole topic talking about how there's nothing wrong with it
here

There really are a ton of great people who play the game. Don't let a few bad apples ruin your experience. Just because they scream the loudest, it does not make them the majority.

And this.
Only a small amount of people are usually asshats. Since my server is so small, I know those 5 people that troll trade. What's funny about it is that there are a few that are like that in trade, but when raiding they are completely different.
If you just ignore them they will stop. And half the time, it is their friends/guild mates that help them out by acting like they're being trolled just to get more people involved.

One of the worse culprits for tradechat nonsense that Blizz implemented to aid and abide the downward spiral was to allow cross faction toons on the same server.
Having a level one player from the other faction spamming in your trade chat just for the sake of being rude and annoying is just another reminder of how Acti/Blizz has little foresight in their decision making at times.
Again as I have stated many times in the past...when you remove the constraints of progressing in this game, which in the past was to rely on your server community, you enable the numbnuts to have free reign in their behavior.
If you haven't had a chance to read my link in an earlier post..please do...you will see an eerie resemblance to what is happening in this game when it come to behavior.
Guilds use to represent the community keepers...they prevented the offenses from happening in the first place.
Blizz with their approach, only responds once the offense has occurred and even then the reprimand is temporary.
Blizz needs to present itself as a police walking the beat in this game. Having their presence felt would go a long way in curtailing trade chat nonsense which in itself would lead to an overall better community behavior in other aspects of the game.
Having a community member state in chat that a violator has been reported usually elicits more derogatory responses...having a "blue" present themselves in chat would carry a lot more weight in sidelining the trolls.
peace!

Then you got lucky. If I put in a tickey or my husband it is at least a 24-48 hour response time. At times it has been longer. I looked at my account and I put in 5 tickets total in last 3 years and only 1 time was it answered with in 24 hours.

I started playing a month ago and Im getting used to everything..love playing. I did this dungeon today and this guy was a complete $%^&*!@. At first I didnt say anything to him, but he kept going on and on calling me a noob and saying he wasnt going to heal me. I finally did saying something to him cause I ended up dying im a warrior and he was the healer, and just asked him what his problem was...it was cause I was a "noob" . Saying that he started saying some pretty ugly things to me...It was quite an experience seeing a player act so rude. And FYI he was calling me a ninja warrior, made me laugh.
People should definitely not be rude or curse at each other in the game. That being said, if he called you a ninja, it means that he thought you rolled need on something that wasn't for your class/spec, and were kind of taking it away from people whose characters actually needed it, and that's something that even polite people will look very poorly on. I'm not saying it justified his behavior- the cursing and whatnot. But when I group with people who are needing on everything, or on gear that is not right for them and an upgrade for someone else (warriors on intellect plate, hunters on intellect mail or leather, strength users taking agility gear and vice versa, etc.) we generally will, if the person cannot be kicked, stop healing and let them die, or refuse to progress until they leave. I consider it extremely rude to need on stuff that other people need in order to vendor it, and so have no problem letting that person die. If I think it's an honest mistake, I will may try to tell the person why the gear isn't designed for them, but if they're not receptive then I don't want to run a dungeon with them. I don't get verbally abusive, but I also refuse to carry them through so they can ninja gear from everyone else.
I think a lot of newer players get undeserved flack for being new. But I also think that there are things that newer players might not realize are extremely rude or unfair to do and so may not realize that they're the one who is perceived to have started it.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##ElhonnaDS##DELIM##

Blizzard could really have saved everyone (new players and veterans alike) a whole lot of headache if they implemented regular loot rules for lower level dungeons. Seeing tanks win caster cloth on a need roll makes me die a little inside. I hope against hope that the people doing that just don't know better (ie are newer players), but when it's obviously a veteran (decked out in heirlooms) I wish I could send them a powerful electric shock through the computer somehow.
