I'm still waiting to see Daryl do the Boondock Saints on some kneeling zombie.

I just watched Hoffa for the first time, and I didn't realize that Danny Devito directed it, nor any movie, until the end. Then, I went and looked at the movies that he has directed. The list
isn't pretty
. Hoffa is probably the best of the bunch... and it's not a particularly good movie.

One of my friends and bloggers
loves
Nutella too.
Yes, that's a 5kg jar. Yes, it's full of Nutella. Picked up for 77 bucks down the road, apparently.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Squishalot##DELIM##

Not strictly related apart from you know, chocolate, but when I lived in the UK one of the main perks were... 10-packs I think they were, of Mars bars for £1.29 (at Tesco of course, though I doubt anyone here but Asakawa can appreciate that comment). I ate so many Mars bars. *drools*

Yay! Eh.. I think. Considering I'm Swedish (originally*) I'm not sure I'm entitled to feel proud of the fact...
* sort of. I was born in Côte d'Ivoire to Swedish parents and have lived most of my life in Sweden, with a few years spent in England (Leighton-Buzzard specifically) and Finland (Helsinki specifically). You know, in the unlikely case anyone cares. What are deep-fried Mars bars like? I've heard of them but I don't think I'd like to eat one.
I've never actually dared to try deep-fried Mars bars. I've tried the whole fried bananas thing and I hated it so I'd figured it was well enough to give up on it by then.

Ed: And good old tesco :') (I think it's basically the... Walmart? of America? I don't actually know?)

Asda is literally Walmart (they own Asda and I get the impression it's run similarly) but I think you're right that Walmart=Tesco is the most apt synonym for our colonial brethren.
@ Haxzor, I was initially turned off by the Yogs style but actually they put out a lot of good content and the secondary cast of character (Sjin, Duncan, sips) are quite charming.

Wonder what would happen if I posted the same picture, with a watermelon in place of the Nutella, and changed one descriptive word in the caption?

Indeed. Especially now that they're starting to buy up peripheral companies, etc.

I like the secondary cast as well. Sjin and sips are quite funny when they play together. Simon has his moments as well.

I like falafel too.
I make some awesome baked falafel actually that only have about 150 calories per serving.
Chickpeas (mashed with a masher or the back of a fork)
Roasted rep peppers
Fresh Coriander
Ground cumin
Paprika
Cayenne to taste
A little turmeric
Salt Pepper
One large egg white
-mush it all up, shape it into balls and bake on a highish heat for 20-25.
Yum!
edit: Yeah Simon is very likeable. Lewis less so but I could be convinced that that is a necessary ingredient (along with general British unease) in the chemistry.(##RESPBREAK##)16##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##
