I'm familiar with D&D, another person who wants to play has gone to (And perhaps still does) live tabletop sessions, I can't say much 'bout Edan and the last person,
Arkaen
, but I have faith in them. It won't be too bad. If anything, the problems will be caused by me, if I were to DM. I haven't DM'd in forever, and I didn't get much experience when I did. Plus, I'll need to learn the system, but if we get a solid group, I'll devote time to it and it shouldn't take long.

I'd like to think D&D is a skill that's hard to completely lose.
Also, starting the thread. A big problem that just arose is the times that we will be able to do this. Sometimes, the Internet is a curse...

Need a new topic for an essay. This one is an argument. The topics of abortion, gun control, capital punishment, euthenasia, marijuana, universal healthcare, climate change, and gay marriage are discouraged by the professor. Nothing to do with her politics, it's just that those topics are usually emotionally charged and they all have an overabundance of resources both for and against which generally results in a poor argument. We also need to have at least 2 sources from academic journals.
I have a preference for social issues. I was thinking it might be nice to write something about mass or social media. Maybe advertising concerns. Maybe privacy concerns. Still not sure.
Anybody have some ideas?

Privacy concerns related to advertising, perhaps?

Privacy concerns related to advertising, perhaps?
Maybe. I'd probably have to focus in on facebook and Google ads, and I'm not sure if there are any studies or academic papers out on the subject. I'll check my school's database.

To be honest I would be surprised if there wasn't work about the subjects, it seems rather big and important.
Also, Interest and Hax, if you'd like, hit up the
thread
I made.

I was going to think of a funny line to put here, but TFS' Hellsing Ultimate Abridged already has that department covered.
I got it!
So I was just chillaxin' in my room like a baller, then all of a sudden these shumcks kicked in my door!
One of them yelled: "Get on your knees!"
And I responded with: "I'm not your mother last night!"
And the took exception to that.

You were right, Kris. All of the ones I've found are pretty recent as well, so that's good.
