O.o mod intervention.
*shrugs* People don't take me seriously if I just reply, so I'm moving to make it clearer when I'm making a mod-response as opposed to a personal-response. Especially when my first thought on reading it was
You should email them about stuff like that :P

@Squish- did you see the Mod-Meme quote pyramid a page or two back? It was pretty funny.

It works though. Here you get banned for posting porn, as opposed to stuff like 4chan..

ROFL - those two crack me up sometimes!
Semi-related, mods on this site are more strict than on any other forum I've ever been on in my life
So some people keep telling us, but we still get barraged by reports and emails telling us what a crap job we're doing in keeping the site PG and preventing trolling. There's no pleasing everybody, unfortunately.

I think the moderation on this site is pretty well balanced. We still have a lot of fun, and get away with some off-color humor, and they let us play. But they seem to do a good job keeping the trolling and nonsense to a minimum, and they do an excellent job removing and blocking spam. I think it's left us with a pretty reasonable, mostly civil forum community. At least in RB- I never go anywhere else anymore.

RB's generally had a reduced mod presence relative to the rest of the site. But, from what I've seen since I've become a mod, it's primarily due to the fact that people are generally civil and reasonable here. People can blast each other all they like in the debate threads, and come back here to chill out and chat peacefully. So if there's peace in the first instance, there's no need for mods to do anything, and it makes our jobs a lot easier.
That's actually why I prefer to try to push people having 'serious' discussions back into the debate threads, where appropriate.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Squishalot##DELIM##

Hmm, think I might re-premium my account.... I miss Emma.

How much is premium?
EDIT: Never Mind. Just looked it up, and looked up the perks. They would let me be even MORE long-winded- lol.
Maybe I'll look into that.

$9.99 for 3 months and $29.99 for 12, iirc. It always added up to ~£6.something out of my account when mine got charged, because I used the three month terms. :P

I think you said the same thing a few weeks ago.
And if you miss her, rule34.

Annnnnnnnd she's back!
I might switch to Jennifer temporarily until I watch THG though. And then Dany until GOT comes back. Then back to Emma. TIS A PLAN.

Mods on this forum used to be a lot more strict than they are now. They used to use personal opinion, instead of impartial rules, to moderate. We also had some very opinionated moderators. So, it was rough. Skyfire was one who I thought should not have been moderating.
But, since I've returned to wowhead, I've found most of the moderation to be acceptable. There are occasions where I disagree with the mods, but it isn't anything I've found to be overbearing. I used to see the mods on this site as dictators, but now I see them more as allies.
What might help you get along with them (this goes for everyone, even me), is to just take a chill pill. Remove your emotion, take a step back, and deal with the situation from an impartial and dispassionate position.
