Actually, Irish has been voted as the sexiest accent in the world, followed by Australian.

I'm not surprised by that.

I find Romanian accents very hot.

I find most European accents pretty sexy. Irish, English, German, French, Russian, Swedish, probably a few others.
Some American accents, not most though.
I do like Australian accents. Except the ones with the real low-class drawl, that's not exactly a turn-on.
I can't take Kiwi accents seriously.
And Elura, it must just be Hax. I think Australians actually have some of the clearest pronunciations of any English-speaking country, more so than even England themselves, sometimes.

Heh, doesn't everyone say that about their own accent?

Hahahaha well I think Swedish accents are hot.
Most people who speak English as a second language speak with an American accent.
Sometimes on Vent I would find my accent changing. Some words I'd say would come out with an American accent just because I always played in a guild full of Americans. I even started to adopt some American spellings. And then sometimes, if I spoke without my usual drawl, people would ask if I was English.

I think speaking English as a first language is a bit of a setback. Because it is the internationally recognised business language, English-speaking countries (which Australia technically
isn't
, but y'know) don't bother to teach their children a second language from a young age. Which means the vast majority of us will only ever know one language.
However in most countries in Europe and South America (and probably fair chunks of Asia and Africa as well), you learn both your native language and English.

Heh, that's ironic. Most of the EASL speakers over here speak in American, and also most that I see on TV (usually European politicians/celebrities/sports stars).

As an American, I find that more second language English speakers speak with a British accent (if they're not Mexican).
I'm not quite sure. I find myself speaking some kind of mix, like when I'm confident about how to speak, the accent turns more to british and when I'm not sure I feel like I'm speaking more with an american accent.
