Feral druids don't have a rotation on bosses per see. :P

When you get meat in there, I'll do some spell checking and whatnot if that's something you're interested in. I can also make some suggestions on formatting.

Great idea Parrazell!
Sorry I am only going to post a suggestion for a question but Parra has answered this many times better than me, so I hope that he is willing to type in an answer again (if I can find a good post answering it I will paste in later). . .
I think that the feral FAQ should have:
Do I want expertise or hit as a bear or cat and what are the caps for both?

This wall'o'text will be skipped by many, sadly.
See Nabterayl's guides for examples of very well-formatted stuff.

What way should I gem/enchant my gear?
Enchant for spellpower whenever possible, else haste (cloak) / hit-crit (feets) and stats (chest)
Gems :
- meta : chaotic skyflare diamond : your crit hit for 209% of normal damage instead of 200%
- red : +19 sp
- yellow : +16hit, +9sp/8 hit, +9sp/8 haste
- blue : +9 sp / 8 spirit
Just want to point out that the 19SP gem is for the most part the best gem to place in a yellow slot as well as being the best for a blue slot only
after
you have the 2 requisite blue for the meta.
As for Crit vs Haste (in terms of %) they are even with haste allowing more casts into an eclipse proc but crit causing eclipse to proc faster. As you say, in terms of rating, haste is a much larger increase to dps then crit. Most gear builds for late game place you at ~450 crit rating though so don't forget the crit.

About feral glyphs... I'd like to point out that you made a little mistake first:
A good 3rd option for major is the Glyph of Rebirth, so you never have to worry about having the mats for it.
You're confusing the
Glyph of Rebirth
(major) with the
Glyph of Unburdened Rebirth
(minor). The minor is much advised as it saves you bag space and reagent costs and there aren't that many minors to choose from anyway, but the major has, in my opinion, very occasional use.
Another good minor is
Thorns
, particularly for tanking. Personally I used to forget to rebuff it every 10 minutes. With this glyph you will have to rebuff it only once per hour, together with GotW.
A good third major for tanking is
Growl
. You really do not want it to miss, do you? I'd even take it over Frenzied Regen for a hybrid spec.
Cats who like to pvp or play solo regularly, take a glyph of
Shred
to increase your shred damage on targets affected by pounce/maim. Great for leveling too, only after you learn to pounce of course.

Note: if someone is willing to give a similar Blance leveling spec as an alternative to Feral Leveling I will put it in here also
Level 58 -
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0xGbuicoId0AzoZZc
Level 61 -
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0xGbuicoId0AzohZc
Level 70 -
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0xGbuicoId0AzohZcxcz
Level 78 -
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=0xGbuicoIdhAzohZcxcub
These are by no means the the only way to spec and I welcome any ideas as to a different build as I only had like 5 mins to throw these together. Once you hit 80 the build in the boomkin section and the instructions after it are perfect.
Edit: Don't have the time to write it out at this time but also the hit cap info would be quite good for all specs.

I'd probably put much less emphasys on dots than you do (nature's splendor, iMF, ...), however i'm quite biased having levelled for BC and wotlk in very good moonkin gear (which allowed me to kil mobs fast with direct spells).
My method might not be the best for moonkin in green levelling gear so whoever has levelled more recently than me will probably give better advice.
edit : i also deleted my first post since Parazell has already taken the content he needed out of it (no point in bloating the thread with double the information). Sorry if that makes some quotes in posts further along seems strange.

I leveled as Feral myself which is definately why I'm welcoming comments/corrections.
Hit cap for a Boomkin is 17% (~448 rating @ 26.3 rating per %).
Balance of Power
drops this by 4% to 13% (~342 rating) .
With the use of
iFF
or
Misery
it further drops by 3% to 10% (~263 rating).
If you have a
Draenei
in your group(must be in group not just in raid) it drops by 1% to 9% (~237)

I'm gonna disagree with these feral-builds a bit, because I don't like them. :)
Firstly:
DPS-spec
.
It's clear that you've gone for the "Me and only me" kind of DPS-build. This has all the goodies you'd want to give max DPS for a cat, but it's missing the little part which says "teamwork". With this build, nobody in your raidgroup will get free 4% heals or 4% mana back whenever they crit (physical attacks only), you don't get extra healing done to you (20% is nice, especially as powerful Catswipe is nowadays) and you don't have that "Oh shi-!"-button we all love so very very much. You sacrificed all that, for Ferocious Bite, a spell we very rarely use, if use at all.
Secondly:
Tank-spec
.
No Primal Tenacity? (less Fear-duration and damage while stunned) I know very few bosses have a stun-mechanic, but I'm quite certain we'll see something pop up for stuff like Ulduar. Again, no Improved Leader of the Pack? Also, why not drop the 4% extra damage, and rather take the improved "Demoralizing shout", which is equal in strength to warriors? Since you have Infected Wounds, I presume you don't have a Warrior, so why not cover the AP-reductions too?
Thirdly: Your "baseline" and "hybrid-suggestion" are both the very same build. :)
Overall, a good guide, but don't get too stuck on the idea that "this is the correct way". They're all good suggestions, but there are some points that are critique-worthy.
