A couple things that I noticed that may or may not have been addressed (sorry if they have, i don't feel like reading all almost 200 posts.. hope you can understand. :) ).
For heirloom weapons.. I found that the
BOA mace
is great for levelling feral. it gives decent stam and good agility/ap increases as you get farther along... The spellpower staff is just wasted itemization if you're levelling up as feral, however if you're going balance it could be more useful.
Another question I have is about your
level 32 build
... Is it really -that- much of a benefit to go those 11 points into resto just for a chance at free energy/rage when shifting into cat, and omen of clarity?...... okay, omen of clarity, maybe, but the energy from shifting I haven't missed that much so far (my druid is level 28) just going straight down the feral tree, I tend to notice i've gotten a lot more nice things from Sharpened Claws, Primal Fury and Primal Precision... but I suppose that's a your own choice of things, of course..

Ah yes, but OoC allows you to possibly get in a free shred or mangle on the target before they come out of a pounce stun. This tends to finish mobs quite a bit faster allowing a noticeable speed step to your mob's per hour numbers.
The reason this is out of date is due to Parra going silent. So the likly hood of an update to this info is somewhat unlikely.

You might redo the questions list in the very first post to reflect the latest spec faqs :P But that's really only minor.
Good to have you back!

From what I gather from anecdotal evidence. Up to and including early BC 5 mans you are more then capable of healing what is needed for 'at gear level'.
If your tank does not go crazy it is more then possible for a boomkin to heal a 5 man and even a heroic but you really must significantly out gear the instance for this to work.

I'll edit it a bit when I get some time, just remember that the FAQ needs to be more than just aimed at level 80's
Yeah, that makes the "rotation" part a bit tricky. Leveling as a healer is a bit more complicated to describe.
I was already worried about it getting too complicated. I'm not sure what the best way is to describe healing that covers leveling, 5 mans and raids without getting overwhelming.
This is just a resource for quick answers, explanations should be found in full guides. You don't need to give an explanation as to why each spell is used. Just post a rotation or a suggested mini-mental flowchart for each situation and if they have further questions they can be answered in a normal forum post if they are curious.
Bare bones facts and quick answers is all that really need be here :P

That, and the fact that I'm totally blind thanks to all the shiny magical effects covering every inch of my screen during combat.
Get a bigger screen tbh..:P
