Who else feels like Arcane Spec is the Flavor of the Patch?

The spec is easier to gear for as opposed to FFB which requires an unbuffed crit rating of 30%. Theres probably just a lot of undergeared mages that want effective DPS before FFB.
There will always be poeple who don't know what they are doing. It's up to us to tell them straight and how to get the most effective DPS out of it instead of just leaving them out in the cold.
But to answer your question, no atleast for PvE. I seem to be the only Arcane Mage in Pugs. Other mages how I like it (Being concerned about mana and having to make your rotation last 80% of your mana every 2 minutes is a little annoying). It seems pretty huge in PvP, but thats another thing entirely.
