-spam DPS meters after every damned pull
This. Well I am able to nuke well in 25 man, or even 5 man dungeons, it doesn't mean you need to spam dps meter every 3 minutes, and more so, make comments to anyone doing less damage then you. Just do it at the end or a couple of times.
Also:
- people that kill low level quest givers pretending like there pro, but really its just to be immature and done to mock lowbies.
- Someone that ruins a raid or dungeon after yelling some derogitory remark about black guys, gays or jewish people.
- Tanks that rush ahead in dungeons, not even giving the healer or dps time to heal mana up for one moment, and yet when causing a raid wipe blames the healer for slacking.
- People that use gold buying services, and even admit they do in game, thus causing more gold spamming services to keep advertising.

* People who randomly whisper me out of the blue asking me to heal a dungeon. I'm dps spec, and I'm not LFG anyway. How about recruiting from the LFG tool, where you will find people who are actually, you know, looking for group?
* Anyone who randomly whispers me out of the blue begging me to come help them with some group quest somewhere. Yesterday I even had one of these who got abusive because I didn't reply (I was afk - came back to find half a screen of him calling me an 'ignorant selfish bastard' etc)
* It's been said already, but I'm another one who HATES it when people join an instance group when they only have, say, 20 minutes to play, and don't bother to tell you this until the group is full and ready to start the run. It's so selfish and inconsiderate that they go straight on my ignore list.
* People who ask for help or advice then just run off without a word of thanks afterwards. Another instant ignore earner.
* People who spam trade channel for 15 minutes asking some question that they could research in 2 minutes on the web. These people invariably ignore my whispers telling them about useful sites like wowhead.
* People who are too lazy to use the web to research the tradeskill items they want, and just spam trade with things like "ENC link skill plz"
* People who assume I am Swedish because of my priest's name. Yes I know 'Graven' means something in Swedish. Funnily enough, it means something in English too...

Here is "a few" things that annoy me:
.People who can't spell anything writeJust... lol.
.Players who name theirself "Iownyou" or "Bestrogueintheworld" or "Megawarrior" it's just dumb and uncreative, you should name your characters to lore-like names of the race like a Human has the name "Bill" or "Phill".Um, no Human in WoW has either name.
.People who just power lvl their characters and don't care about reputation, proffesions, Cooking, Fishing, First Aid, achievements, they are just lazy morons who can't get that it helps you when you achieve the pathetic lvl 80 and then got absolutely nothing to do.None are needed to level, none are needed to play the game, so what?
.When Warriors got Leather, Mail instead of Plate.Heaven forbid they know what stats they need rather than what armour type.
.Players who choose !@#$ed up Proffesion combinations like Mining/Skinning or Herbalism/Enchanting... in my oppinion Plate wearers should have Blacksmithing/Mining, Mail and Leather wearers should have Leatherworking/Skinning (Hunters got get good use with Engineering/Mining and Druids Herbalism/Alchemy.) and cloth wearers should have Tailoring/Enchanting but I can understand if many does not agree with me.
This is just... no.
Now most craftables are BoE rather than BoP, and blacksmithing is more profitable than, say, tailoring, Professions really are just personal choice, rather than a strategic one.
.People who hasn't experienced at least 2 old school raids in lvl 80.Elitist &*!@wardery. Ive done 2 "old school" raids across several characters(by which I assume you mean vanilla raids).
The game is so far removed from how it was in vanilla, they are meaningless now outside of nostalgia.
.Tanks who spamms Stamina sockets without getting socket bonus.Throwaway socket bonuses? Like taking an unneeded hybrid gem to get a +4stam socket? Yeah, pure stam gems are the sign of a noob.
.People who joins raids when they just dinged 80.Not necessarily bad. now craftables are reasonable and all.
.The fact that there is no attunements to the lvl 80 raids. This is not a person
.People who got good luck in game overall.QQ more, probability cares.
.Players who dodge my Execute when I'm about to rip of their heads in arenas then they get healed to 100%.
See above comment, although you can blame your ISP a bit too.

Beggars in general.
People who go in seal form or swims around my fishing bobber.
Join a PuG on one of my alts or horde faction and people go AFK once we get inside.
Blind invites and guild invites.
People keep asking for SM runs then later gquit.
People on my old server would keep asking guild chat for help for the easiest, stupidest quest, when I told them many times press O to see who is online which is clearly me and him and some other person.
People who don't look to see who is online in guild and spams for help or a run threw. If we are quiet, we are busy, we are not ignoring you, but if you keep asking, I won't help ya. =]
