Pitbull for unit frames, and Grid for raids. (pitbull raid is not as good imo). Makes things nice, clean, and easy to see.

Grid requires Clique to work (well, to heal with it anyways) so get both

WoW default raid UI. It shows debuffs, who is in range, and who has agro. WoW has scrolling combat text so using an addon for that is silly. I'd say every druid should have outfitter and thats it.

I used Grid before i got my hands on HealBot, i like healbot moore than grid.
A good point. Healbot is indeed a more user/setup friendly version of Grid&Clique. Grid&Clique is for advanced raid healing really (although Healbot is perfectly capable in that situation also).

Well the only addon I use that made directly for druids is one thats bilt into x-perl (My favorite UI) I know x-perl gets alot of crap to it but its really easy to use so its nice. The addon is a bar that shows my mana while I am in cat/bear, really only usefull in pvp. I also use the built in raid bars that x-perl uses. They work pretty good. I dont however have my UI done, I am always adding on more addons as I find them and figure out how to use them. Another addon I love is ecastingbar, simble to use casting bar period.
Btw there is a mana bar that shows how much mana you have in forms that dosent require x-perl I forget the name but it should be easy to find.

tbh with healing, any raid frame with click casting is good. Having all your main heals on single clicks of a raid frame is what speeds up your healing while allowing you to regain a lot of control with your action bars.
Any raid frame with Clique providing the click casting is fine. Healbot provides the click casting by itself ofc.
While no addons at all are totally necessary for healing, good luck healing a Sunwell-difficulty raid (Icecrown Citadel?) without any. If 2v2 arena is your thing you can actual forgo click casting and just keybind all heals macroed directly to your team mate and yourself with no targetting needed. For bigger arena groups and BGs, click-casting would be good idea.
