At level 33, the places that you should be looking at to level are: Arathi Highlands, Alterac Mountains, Desolace, Thousand Needles, and Stranglethorn Vale.
Out of all of those, Stranglethorn Vale is probably the most-recommended, due to the extremely high quantity of quests available in the zone, and all it takes to get there is a ride on a zeppelin from Ogrimmar or Undercity. However, because of its popularity, high-level characters like to hang out and gank lower-level people in the area, so be prepared.
