Everything's easy with the perfect group-setup.
That's why I PuG. brings some healthy fresh air in, and shows that no, it isn't easy (when people suck).
Really, go on. Do Azjol-Nerub with a PuG. I dare'ya.
Oh, and don't bring experienced players, that just ruins the fun.

Hopefully Blizz is just trying to get us geared for some insane content in the neat future. Only thing I can think of is un-experienced people in Sapph and KT, and Sarth + 3 Drakes.

Perfect response. Lots of people have been complaining about the expansion being too easy, there are tons of threads about it. And you know what, I agree, a lot of it is easy, with a few hard parts (certain achievements, 3drakes up, etc). But thats the point, it is catering to everyone. If you arent enjoying yourself, maybe its time to stop playing.
/agree, and /agree. Another thing to consider is content vs. mechanics of advertising. Advertisements (and there were loads that I saw regarding WotLK) without a doubt bring new subscribers. Since they will not regularly find many PuGs for instances pre-Northrend, it stands to reason that the preliminary NR dungeons will not be geared solely towards the "pro's" that have their class and game mechanics memorized by now.

There is a difference between instances that are doable in quest blues and those that are trivial. The OP refers to the almost universal AoE pulls and that most bosses can be rolled over with little or no regard to fight mechanics.
These complaints are not a result of out gearing the instance. They reflect that for the most part, no effort nor understanding of the fights is required. Further, the 5 man groups that I generally ran with were in quest and regular instance blues when we started heroics and with a very few exceptions found them unchallenging. Not because we are exceptional players, but because the instances require no tactics nor thought even when tackled at gear level.

A couple other points:
Perhaps they want the heroics to be easy so you can gear up without too much difficulty when it comes time for the real stuff.
And again, in regards to the new players, send 5 of them into an instance and see if "lack of tactics and AoE" is enough to get them through. I really doubt it.
I admit, the content I've seen so far is easy to me. But even if 2 million people post the same thing, there are another 9 million that may not have it as easy as we think.
All I can say is, shut up for now and see what happens. Or leave the game. Or complain where it has even the slightest chance of mattering; to Blizz.
Negativity can easily be contagious, too many times have I heard fellow guildies/friends getting frustrated and/or "turned off" by a bunch of QQ over this or that. Please take it somewhere else, your "venting" accomplishes nothing positive around here. Except maybe to fellow QQ-ers.
Or please, for the love of God Wowhead mods,
create a rants forum
so only those that contribute to the complaints have to be exposed to this garbage.

I'll throw this into the ether: Maybe the Northrend quest rewards were just too good?
If everyone were forced to run normal instances before running heroics, maybe we wouldn't have these sorts of complaints.
I'm not saying I agree. I actually find these instances no easier or more difficult than the original BC (meaning before MgT) heroics. The only difference as I see it is the stark lack of CC requirement. Other than that, the bosses are just as difficult, pulls can get out of hand very fast (Old Kingdom anyone?) and DPS still need to be on their toes to avoid taking damage.
