I dont have that much new info to add here but i gota say that aimed shot isnt a bad investment for a sv spec afterall...
It crits quite often and having 3/3 in sniper training i thought why not take one of the 3 shots that benefits from it. But it also helps my raid dps a littlebit since its one more instant shot for when i gota be on the move during certain bossfights like heigan. Took the point for it from GftT after seeing that my pet rarely (if atall when fully raidbuffed) runs out of focus with my current critrate with just one point in it.
I think i found my ideal
spec
now and i plan to stick with it and see how it does after the patch with the improved explosive shot.
aimed shot is going to a part of the rotation post patch. just get used to doing it, because i am trying to get used to it. i have to make a marco to where i can refresh serpent sting and aimed shot.
the spec is realyl good, i would just take one point out of noxious sting and add it to IAotH if you arent soft haste capped.

this is the spec i plan on switching to today. the points in FA are so that i can regem to agility instead of hit. I know that i need to upgrade the 1 trinket ( so far i have been extremely unlucky with the rolls in the heroics i have done). I also have in my bank

i was waiting untill i was hitcapped to switch from the ones i had on. here is my armory

But if he's haste soft capped he doesn't need points in IAotH >.>
i didnt spell check when i wrote it. i meant "arent softed capped". i changed it.
So... after everything I've heard, I conclude the following:
First of all, Aimed Shot is back for the new shot rotation
Second, always avoid Focused Aim, because it does not scales to your pet and it causes you to crit less (bug?)
This could be the next best build for ranged dps, raid spec. (This one is made by me, if it lacks something, pls tell me)
Because of the new cooldown on Lock 'n Load, Resourcefullnes is less usefull then it was, maybe even useless.(don't think so)
If i missed anything, please tell me. If you concluded something wrong, also tell me.
(Warning, I'm not one of the best SV hunters alive, so don't take this for granted. Leth is way better then me (thnx for the info))
You pretty much have it down besides pets, spec differances, shot rotation, and glyphs. actually, Resourcefulness would be good in PvP because of the reduced cool down of your traps.
Aimed focus is still used to get hit capped but i am going to respec out of it because i can get hit capped with enchants and the bugs with it. i did get my T-7 gloves in a 10 man this weekend. i was excited that i got a tier set. not i am trying for the chest ang leggings.

Do you still really think this will be worth it with the changes to LnL (30 second cooldown)? I am on the fence and would love to hear your perspective.
I surely do. The faster you can frost/immo with or without the LnL proc. The faster you can get out of melee and start kiting and moving around. I use traps in PvP all the time and everytime i need to use another, i always having to end up waiting 5-6 more secs. im usually dead in 4 of that. I completely am for it PvP only because of the usefulness of it speeding up your traps. I am by no means the PvP expert though.

^Thats my 1/19/51 build.
Eager to test it out in 25 man naxx tonight.
One question though... Does that damage increase with noxious stings only apply if wyvern sting is dispelled? if so... how is that useful for pve?

1/19/51 refined (i hope)
also: Im very very hesitant to even try this specc out, but one big question i have is LnL... has it been determined that we're just gonna abandon the trapping aspect in pve and just rely on that 6% chance?

I know what it says... I'm asking if that damage increase is ONLY if the sting is dispelled?
So if the sting is dispelled the dispeller gets the 50% of damage done and triggers the damage increase... Or is it a constant increase? The way it's worded is weird.
