Pet Talent:
Terrifying Rage (Ferocity Tree): 2/2
Attacks made my your pet have a 10% chance to cause your pet to go into a blinding rage, dealing 5/10 extra damage for 10 seconds. This effect cannot occur more than every 20 seconds. Also increases your pet's critical strike chance by 1/2%
Replaces Shark Attack.

Hunter, Marksmanship:
Clustered Ammo 2/2: Your Barrage spell will always last it's full duration. However, if the hunter stops channeling the spell for whatever reason, the remaining ticks will only do half damage.
1/4 damage, and only 1/2 chance with 1/2 points put in.

And now... The best talent I hope to see:
Rogue, assassination, required to all assassination talents:
Fail Assassin: If you don't kill your target with your first or second hit, you die.
Rogue, combat, required to all other combat talents:
Extreme Fail: If you have less than 60 energy, you die from exhaustion.
Rogue, subtlety, required to all other combat talents:
Fail rogue: Gives improvements to some of your skills:
Vanish - now lasts 30 seconds and increases your movement speed by 30% (stacking with glyph), but you can't use it while in combat.
Blind - lasts 20 seconds in pvp, but you have forgotten how to use it properly. Now you blind using gold instead of dust, and you blind yourself too.
Cloak of Shadows - lasts 20 seconds, but now you have only 50% to resist spells (and damage from DoTs), it doesn't remove debuffs. Instead it adds another one - Curse of Doom which deals 15000 damage after 5 seconds (remember you have 50% to resist it). If a spell (or damage from dot) hits you, it deals double damage (and if it crits, then oww).
Ambush - you can use it only when unarmed.
Kidney Shot - everyone got rid of one of their kidneys. Now you have only 46% chance to hit (up to 50% with proper hit rating).
Also, as suggested by someone else (as if I remember...) in some other thread, when a rogue reaches 20 level, he loses his legs and is forced to crawl at 10% speed.
Let's improve it! 2nd tier, subtlety:
Now you regain one of your legs (giving you 50% speed), but you lose your eyes. Now you are Blinded forever, and you can't use pvp trinket. :)
Those changes would help everyone.

Warlock, Demonology:
Imp. Consume Shadows: Your Voidwalker's Consume Shadows has 75% chance on each tick to eat all stealthed players in the server. Each eaten player gives your Voidwalker +20% damage, for up to +2000% damage.

Death Knights.
Any damage that would take you to 0% instead reduces you to 1% and causes you to become immobile and disarmed, however you can still bite there legs off. No internal cooldown.

Holy
Cloak of Light (T5 talent, 3 points): Replaces Inner Fire, retaining its effects and also decreases phsyical damage taken by 5/10/15%, increases holy damage by 5%. No charges.
Body and Soul now allows the priest to cleanse poison on all targets.
Discipline
(Soul Warding now adds PW:B) Power Word: Barrier: Casts shields on the targeted party or raid members party. Power Word: Barrier has a 30 second weakened soul, unlike PW:S. 20 second cooldown.
Shadow
Nightmare, added to Pschic Horror: Afflicts the target with a nightmare (Curse) which causes all players to appear as hostile targets. Deals an additional 200 shadow damage + 50% of spellpower as damage every 3 seconds for 9 seconds.
Warlocks
Demonology
Improved Demonic Circle: While standing within your circle, your regenerate 1% of your mana every second.
Metamorphisis is now permanent, like shadowform. All forms of crowd control on the warlock are reduced by 20%.
Affliction
Improved Curses: Curse of Agony now has a 3% chance on ticks to deal 50% of its remaining damage left on the curse on that tick. (Not consumed) Curse of Doom now deals its damage over time, every 5 seconds. All curses deal 5% more damage.
