No one talks like that, everyone just knows clicking is slower than keybindings. If you argue that, you're probably borderline retarded.
I disagree. I laugh at clickers. It's fun to watch them keyboard turn slow enough that I can evade them indefinitely. And it's real fun to watch them die when they obviously mis-click a spell or mentally lag out a bit.
slyforce, clicking is terribly inefficient, and I can spot a clicker easy as hell. It doesn't matter how well you do clicking, you will do worlds better with keybindings, and can't expect to be truly good until you make the switch. Sticking to clicking is just stubbornness at its worst.

I shall try keybindings once again, but is there an addon that does keybinds or do I have to set it manually each time I want to pvp :S
Most action bar addons have a binding mode. There are some addons that bind spells directly to keys without action bars in the middle, but none of them I know of work ATM.
I use Macaroon. I have a layout setup exactly in the shape of a keyboard in center screen, with each button bound to the respective key. I have them hidden whenever I'm not keybinding stuff.

Holding down the mouse buttons to run is failure. Use W for forward, and Q/E or A/D for strafing. Right-click+drag to turn. Never keyboard turn or move backwords.
Keybinding itself takes time to get used to. Practice on mobs while you level and you'll get the hang of it. Just try to make your setup efficient: your primary spells should be directly under your fingers tips (R, T, F, G, D if it's not bound to strafe), and your lesser used spells should be moved outward. Try never to bind to keys too far away (further left than T/G is a no-no). And bind things logically (if Fear is on F, put Howl of Terror on shift-F and Death Coil on ctrl-F). (On that note, never use more than one modifier for a given spell. For example, shift-ctrl-F is a no-no, because it sharply cuts efficiency.)
I personally don't use the numbers unless I have too many spells to fit on normal keys. (On that note, bind only the spells you use. My PvP rogue never had Envenom bound for example.) I personally use the keys: R, T, F, G, B, V, C for primary and secondary spells, Z and X for rarely used non-crucial spells, and the mouse buttons (9-button mouse) for enhanced utility spells and spells that need to be quickly or constantly clicked (shapeshifting for druids; shadowstep, sprint, stealth for rogues; totems for shamans).
The most efficient setup will depend on your hand size/structure and your keyboard design. I have medium-large hands, and I use
a split-style ergonomic keyboard
. Just rest your hands in a default position and get an idea of what's easy and fast to press.

Nice question with nice answers. During this holiday i haven't been able to play, but i think browsing forums is starting to turn me to pvp machine (now, just find team that wants shammy -.-) Just one question tho, how do you handle respecs and stuff? And is addon like bartender useful for keybinding? I figure its easier to use keybindings when spells are on the same order on screen as on keyboard. Or is it just matter of time to get used to it?

The easiest way is to have all your keybindings visible on your UI (always show action bars option). I have all my keys bound the the same spaces on the action bars for every character (wow does this by default so you need no addons), and move around spells to place them under a certain key. This way I can see at a glance what to press if I'm lost for a moment, and it helps to memorize.
That being said, if you're lazy and feel like eating chips with one hand.. you can still click while leaving the keys alone.
You can use any combination of shift, control, alt and another key. Try to find whatever combinations you can reach easilly, I have about 40 of them
