Hence why they do not name ANY gods of ANY religion or theism.
Except for the fictitious ones that exist in-game.
I think I'll join the First Church of the Titans, 'cause Elune seems too much of a pansy. ;)

I am thinking this guy is going to keep doing this until the paladin can't do anything except waste a raid slot....
I have a character of each class on various realms and i love my Kitty and my ret the most, they just seem more fun.
Though i don't see the point of taking the mana regen away, it was fine as it was in 3.0.2, but no one cares about that, they just want easy kills with the smallest effort

At first,I must declare that the main reason of publishing such topic is my eternal question "Why paladins are the only class that can fulfill all rules of this game,Why do blizzard buff them so much like that ?
They are? Someone inform the druids.
Secondly,"What was the situation when their was an absence of paladins in the horde (Before burning crusade)?...I mean in instances and pvps (Battle grounds).
You have to remember that before horde got paladins alliance didn't have shamans either, and shamans are more overpowered in pvp and possibly pve than paladins (arguably).
Thirdly and finally...Do all this have a relation with being (Paladins) the christian warriors ?
The christian god doesn't exist in warcraft. The paladin does not follow him/her. The paladin follows the way of the light which is made up of all the good thoughts. Priests follow the same path unless they decide to go shadow which would make them a heretic.

Druids.....Yeah,They can do but in different forms.
Paladins can do in one time....A retradin can heal with a spell power = 30% of his attack power (As an example).
I would love to see you run with a retribution paladin as a main healer. Have fun with that. Are you really stupid enough to think that healing only has to do with spell power? That is funny. Ret paladins can heal in a pinch but they cast about 5 heals before they have no mana. Balance druids can heal about 100x easier than a retribution paladin, and feral druids can heal in a pinch by simply shifting forms.

there is actually a Druid only guild called Druids of the Beast on vashj EU
Can they kill anything before they enrage. The problem with druids is that while they can tank and heal they very rarely can break 2000 dps which you can break as a ret still wearing greens and blues.

A Druid can do things, but in different forms...yes, true...good...so? I'll take a Shapeshift cooldown over a complete mid-combat armor switch any day(...since, you know, that's not really...yeah). However, WoW Law remains true: A hybrid class, like a Paladin or Druid, requires a full spec and gear commitment to perform at a competitive level. I.E., my raid healer isn't Feral.
Difference between doing things and doing them well. To get top dps out of the cat form you have to spec and gear for it now. To tank well with bear you have to spec and gear for it now. Think of it as ret and protect being in the same tree with different choices to do either.

As far as how powerful paladins are and were, pre-BC, paladins were a very weak class. They were unable to heal well, and unable to tank or DPS at all.
Did someone tell that to paladins because once they had enough threat for the dps to start they tanked better than a warrior pre-TBC because their mitigation was MUCH better than a warriors. On the other hand, shamans were able to tank dungeons back then if they geared for it. They just couldn't tank raids.
Our main roles were healing a little, buffing, and dispel. Shaman were good healers, decent buffers (though not as strong as paladins in large raids) and good DPS.
There dps was subpar to pure dps classes. They were not really good healers before they got a talent overhaul that happened about a year before TBC. Shamans primary role was being able to rule the pvp world.

Thats unbreakable, he breaks things. The paladin part makes me lol everytime (and i play a paladin)
I love how every fight he's just killing people that are running away.... All but 3 or 4 of the fights he never gets hit.
That's not unbreakable, that's sitting in alliance territory and ganking unsuspecting alliance. There isn't any challenge in that.
I agree to close it now tho. Everyone is just reapeating things that have been said 6 times already instead of reading the thread and contributing to the fun.

Blizzard cannot have christianity in their game, that would be promoting a religion, thereby indirectically discriminating against every other religion.
Actually they can. It is actually smart for them to do so (arguably) because their primary market was the US and 80% of the US is Christian. If you are going to market to a country you go after the majority of its population in direct marketing.
However, when they started marketing to other countries they had to change some things and I believe one of the things they had to change was the references to Christianity in the game which China had an issue with.

Paladins are a part of lore in Blizzard games as far back as they've been doing MMORPG's and even before. Their first huge success had paladins, if I'm not mistaken, and it's basically been a part of their games ever since.
Furthermore, they obviously draw their lore for the human races from western influences, not eastern. That's why we have cathedrals in Stormwind , and not mosques or temples. Knights as depicted in the game are obviously drawn from old Medieval times. You could say that the game is decidedly biased toward western society. Well, er... it is? It was made by... uh... western society?

Actually, even though the primary argument was that it would promote Christianity, there is also a huge chance of offending Christians.
Take for example, Arthas, a corrupted paladin.
Yeah, doesn't sit so well.

Have you heard of the extremist Muslim FPS games where they can shoot westerners and suicide bomb?
I think what Blizzard has done here is pretty tame guys.
