well I try to be as respectful as possible in game but have caught myself shooting the finger at my monitor more than a few times. If I think someone is farming or questing in an area, I'll try to group or comeback later. If the instance group sux, I usually stick it out till someone else quits. When someone needs help in chat, i try to help when i can. I play the game for my enjoyment with the goal to explore the content, and be a better player. I can tell you endless stories on how someone was a complete jerk. I dont really care about them.

I under price drops in the AH all the time. I hate getting raped by over-priced goods, so I help others get gear and whatnot at lower prices. A drop doesn't "cost" me anything, so why not post a 10g item for only 10g?
Now if I was skilled in armorcraft, and put some good time and effort into a badass chest plate, then I would definitely charge market price.

2. You put some stuff on Auction House. Their normal and regular price is lets say 40g. Then comes a guys who puts the same stuff in for 5-10g. That's like a hell of a difference. Why would you do such a thing? To get your stuff sold before the others' is? Is it worth 5g, and not 35g? Do you do such thing because of lack of respect to your own efforts in the development of this profession and getting that item?
This isn't about respect, so much as economics. For one thing, that "normal" price is determined by 1)how hard it is to get the materials 2)how many people can make that item 3)how good that item is compared to drops of that level and 4)how much people are willing to pay for an item of that level. Yeah, last week those gauntlets you made might have been worth 40g, but this week there are 5 other guys making them to level up their skill and so they drive the price down. And yes, you do sometimes get one guy flooding the market with cheap items, mostly because he's just made 20 of them and wants to get them out of his bags. If he farmed his own materials, he might be making a nice profit at 5g instead of 40g. Or maybe he just wants to get a fast return on his goods, so he can use the cash to make more stuff to level his profession.

1) not respectfull, but happens all the time
2) AH is fre market - no one ever said it is fair. I bet we all heard the "news" about Wall Street...
3) this is 12+ game. Do not expect too much respect in it.
AFK in BG is not much worse from running around doing nothing just so that you are not kicked from BG for leeching.
I have NO RESPECT to people skilling up their professions. Couldn't care less.
Leaving on last boss is annoying, yet PUG is hell, we all know it.

I'm sorry, but people who get ticked at this are ridiculous. It's not to get it to sell faster, It's just to get it to sell period.Get over it, it's not lack of respect. You two have the same product, but one offers a cheaper price. That ones product will sell.
It's competition. It's like that in the real world too.

Yeah, Nothing wrong with undercutting the competition just to assure it sells.
'sides, it might not do much towards bringing down the cost of Mats, i mean, look at how much gold you get from dailies, I made about 40g on just 5 Sunwell Dailies today.

i actually laughed at this, this have NOTHING to do with respect, myself i always put stuff on the AH for 50% less than the cheapest one there... why? i just want to get rid of it, actually its more respectfully to put stuff at the AH for less than normal price, then the ones that don't have much money can buy it and the ones that play the game by ruling the economics can buy it cheap and sell it high.
the most disrespectfully stuff i see on wow is when i get a group and the leader kicks a member just because he didn't have the right spec or because he didn't preform as well as the rest of the team...
sigh... wow is becoming runescape :\
ps. i am a fan of runescape, i just don't like the players there
