Rogues too OP now?

I got chain-dismantled earlier today, by a lvl 29 twink rogue, who insisted of leaping, running and prancing around me while yelling "K E K" was the way to deal with my hunter. I was completely unable to do anything more than tell my cat to attack him.
My point is, when WOTLK hit, all classes got some extra's, but the rogues were enhanced to a degree where it totally nullifies certain classes completely. I can't talk for other classes, although I can see where the removal of staff/sword/dagger/mace/wand from a warlock/priest/mage won't prevent him from casting spells.
Imagine this, a rogue hits with
Dismantle
, and instantly all my splendid capacities are reduced to
Mongoose Bite
, which has a 5 sec CD,
Disengage
, or laying down a trap in the hopes he'll be stupid enough to step in it while his trinket is on CD, or running away in the hopes i can outrun his sprint.
My point is,
Dismantle
is a PvP-killer. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against rogues, but there has to be a limit to the impact one class can have on battlegrounds. Before they had a lot of abilities well suited for their task, but this one is a crippler, which to my knowledge cannot be countered effectively, especially not with a CD of only 1 minute.
I'd like to it be adjusted to either require additional conditions, making the us of it less obvious, or see the CD be upped to a more scaled interval. If you look at a similar ability;
Disarm
of Warriors can only be used in Defensive Stance,
and
only removes the Main Hand weapon, leaving off-hand weapons and ranged weapons unaffected with an obvious CD of 1 minute.
Comparing this to
Dismantle
, would require it to have at least a 3.5 to 4.5 second CD, regarding the fact that is requires nothing additional (stealth, being at target's back, main hand dagger, etc.), and has a much bigger effect than
Disarm
.
Having said that, I'm open to your views regarding this matter. Feel free to agree or disagree.

Disengage and outlast the dismantle...
it does have a 1min CD and only 10sec duration so it's kinda impossible to chain.
now if you say that he kills you before dismantle is up then you just have to come to the realization that he has better gear and the game is not balanced for lvl 29
this isn't much help but I understand where you're coming from.

Good hunters can school great rogues now with ease (in pvp). All you have to do is know your skills and spells. I recommend learning to use
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=19885
and
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=781
then just make sure to keep up
http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=13551
. Track humanoids in BGs is a waste unless you're looking for an FC or trying to defend alot. (I'm a very offensive hunter, mostly because most people in my battlegroup blow and don't know what to do to get the job done) If you pay attention and watch your back you'll be fine without it. Just program a button to reverse camera angle and do that every so often and keep up track hidden. That will help with your rogue/feral druid issues. Rogues don't get CoS until 66 so you should be straight for quite some time. (and even when they do get it there isn't much to worry about.)
Archaos
, you almost make it sound reasonable, however,
Disengage
is only useful to turn a melee target into a ranged target, thus dealing more damage. Using it to escape from a rogue is useless, as the will get you and gut you, while affected with
Dismantle
.
The day a hunter (in the same level range) manages to kill a great/twink rogue just by spamming
Serpent Sting
, is the day I eat my proverbial hat. Furthermore, allow me stress out that the ability says "Requires Ranged Weapon" which is again, very hard to accomplish while affected with
Dismantle
.
And at last, you suggest to keep up
Track Hidden
. Have you recently been in a battleground with a hunter? If so you would not suggest this, because any hunter - good or bad - will be able to tell you that in PvP, the ability doesn't work properly, and usually only shows possible targets at least 5 levels below you. Henceforth, a lvl 29 hunter can at best only detect stealthed targets up to lvl 24, which makes the point of keeping it on very moot.
