My wife has a Dell 1420 with the Geforce card (I forget which one it is, I will have to look it up) and it runs WoW flawlessly with default settings.
edit: So far, it looks like the Inspiron 14 doesn't come with the Geforce upgrade anymore, but I would still choose a Dell with a Geforce or ATI card upgrade (I don't really trust the basic Intel graphics cards as I don't have experience with them)

) Terrible.. sorry, this laptop is horrific looking.
And far as (

), its a bit better on the graphics side, ASSUMING that 512mb is dedicated. If not, i would pass as well.
Look for something no less then 256mb "dedicated", meaning that it will not run of your system ram. Also do yourself a favor and look for a laptop that has more then 2048mb of ram.

I play wow on a Dell XPS 1530 with a GF8600M, and it runs very well, I pretty much never notice any slowdown except in Dalaran during a busy evening, then it hits a slow-go, but that might just as easily be a network problem...
