Hi. They are correct. Fury is very gear dependent. If you dont have the requirements, you are gimping your DPS as well as the raids. Here is my spec and after a few weeks of raiding, this I feel is the best**

**= There is one point in rampage. Rampage is great UNTIL you start to raid with a feral druid with Leader of The Pack. then put that point in Imp Execute to make it 2/2. since i dont raid 25 mans with a feral, it has to remain. LoTP does not stack with Rampage so it is useless in a heroic raid. Don't bother with Anger Managment or UW as pretty much all epic 2 handers are too fast with speeds of 3.4-3.5 so the rage will come the more you hit and deal damage. I currently have the Claymore and Demise wich are both 3.5 speed and am patiently waiting for the spear to drop as it is the slowest(3.7) with the most top end damage pre Naxx 25.
One thing i read on EJ and tested out proved very useful was altering my rotation when BT crits. I used to hit Slam as soon as BT crits. Force of habit. Now when BT crits, I do a Whirlwind then hit Slam to save the global cooldown. Its working amazingly well. Do try if you haven't already.

wow. great point Pheiro! to optimize OP it takes 7 talent points. granted OP is awsome when its up frequently and the crit chance is high, it still takes 7 points to get the best out of it.
