I for one am happy that Obama won.
I'm not sure if this is true (my friend talks a lot of crap), but Bin Laden said that now the Americans elected an Afro-American prez-o-dent they will end the war in the Middle East.

i think the problem is that americans dont know what it is to be patriotic anymore. let me explain.
a couple of questions come to mind...
how does one "support the troops, but not the war" ?
how does one "believe in the government, but not the ones doing the governing" ?
because if you support the troops, you SHOULD also support what they are doing.
and if you believe in the gov't you SHOULD also believe in the people that end up in office BY WAY OF THE GOV'TS PROCESS.

Man I loved necroed threads. While it still has some form of zombie life. I'll post some stuff.
1. Hes not African American, he's biracial. His mum was white.
2. He is a very slick talker (like Clinton), you can notice that dodges questions frequently and placing other things that jsut sound amazing.
3. Yeah, he's muslim blah blah blah, we also had a catholic president too! (bonus points if you came name him)
4. They're buying a new dog for the White House, this was needed since there always has to be a pet, if not there might as well be no government
5. Bush had a shoe thrown at him. (And this ties in with the quote i added in below) It shows that we (or Bush) aren't liked by a lot of people.
It would also seem that foreign leaders are recepting Obama's election well, and I hope that he can restore America's standing in the world.
Obama will definitely get us back in good standings, but I don't think it will happen in his term, or his next one if he wins the next election.
