5 Minutes, damn I wish my 70's fear would last that long. Sry man your numbers are a bit off, if I remember correctly you have about 16 total seconds you can be feared by a level 19 Warlock.
There are no guidelines. If a Rogue can 1 shot a Warlock then the Warlock can Fear said Rogue for all of his 5 minute capabilities.
I think he was trying to make a point as opposed to being literal.

Ways out of fear (or immunity to it):
Trinket
Undead racial
Fear ward
Beast Within
Cloak of shadows
Tremor Totem
Bubble
Death Wish
Nether Protection
Ice block
= hardly OP. It may be at lower lvls but tbh who cares. This game was not designed to be balanced at lower levels, now will it ever be.

exactly and my point isnt made because of some people's irrogance...so hi-5 to you, o btw the guy who made the comment about the insignia of the horde that remove's all movement effect's and stuff, look at the cool down.... and sure i killed the lock sooner or later but hell wouldnt flinging shadow bolts at me be more productive?
No, flinging SBs at you won't be more productive with you beating on him and running all over the place interrupting his casting. Therefore he feared you off to give him the freedom of casting uninterrupted. I'm surprised the lock didn't keep DoTs on you so that you can't go stealth.

"You lose! Good day, Sir!"
On my spriest, when I get jumped by a rogue everything is decided by whether he resists my fear or not after the first round of stuns. If not, I can put up a shield, heal myself up, and proceed with fighting him. If he does resist it... well, GG. So don't cry over rogues vs cloth. CC is Blizzard's way of balancing.

step 1) get to 70
step 2) get cloak of shadows
step 3) be extremely tough to fear
step 5) profit
If you don't like the fear - reroll warrior and be unfearable for 50 seconds straight (or more if undead). Deal with it and let casters have their bit of fun until you get "cloak of skill".
Your statement "if the only way your class can do anything is by fear spamming me the reroll" is idiotic and leads me to believe that you know very little about the way different classes work in WoW or their abilities and strengths / weaknesses. May be you should try leveling before crying on forums over fear.
Oh, and why the hell would I reroll when I can just continue fear spamming you? I mean, if it works, why should I oblige you and not fear spam you playing a different class? :)
