You cannot put spells that activate the GCD in a macro like that. I wish I could spraypaint this on the UI forum.
The only way to cast Arcane Missiles then Fireball then Frost Nova is to use /castsequence.
As for the macros you listed: on the first, since (1) Blessing of Protection doesn't exist anymore and (2) it activates the GCD, that top macro you listed won't work. The second one works because Avenging Wrath, trinket activation and Divine Favor do not activate the GCD.

so how would I write that?

You can't make a Macro that will do that automatically.
3 clicks. 1st for Arcane Missiles, 2nd for Fireball and 3rd for Frost Nova.
#show
/castsequence reset=target Arcane Missiles, Fireball, Frost Nova
This macro will reset after you cast Frost Nova, and every time you change your target.

so it will go through all of the spells then reset...so that means that I can do them all without it messing up....
so i have a question if my arcane missles mess up will it mess the macro you know like a range shot or some thing...and will it work if I make it frost bolt fireball then frost nova?
and how do you guys learn this stuff is there a class or book or something because I hate haveing to ask or figure it out what I did wrong..... :P any help would help.

For all questions about wow, try
http://www.wowwiki.com/
first. For macros specifically, on that site, there is
http://www.wowwiki.com/Making_a_macro
which is an amazing reference that I still use frequently, myself.

yes but this what they say
so isnt that not correct to use that setup.. maybe its not updated for a while then xD
In general, you cannot cast more than one spell with a single click of a macro. Most spells and some items trigger the global cooldown (GCD) which keeps you from taking too many actions at once. Even if a spell fails to cast, if it would trigger the GCD, it prevents subsequent /casts in the macro from running. This was not the case prior to patch 2.0 which is why you may still come across macros like the following:
/cast Overpower
/cast Execute
/cast Mortal Strike
/cast Sunder Armor
Macros like this do not work anymore. As soon as Overpower fails to cast, the game will block all the other spells from casting as well, even though the GCD is not actually triggered.
There is a bit of good news, though. Certain spells can actually be cast at the same time in a single macro. Any spell that is instant and does not trigger the GCD can be followed by another cast ("Next Melee" abilities like Heroic Strike fall under this category too). The spell's tooltip will tell you if it's instant, but you have to use the spell (or check a spell database site like thottbot.com) to know if it triggers the GCD.
Prior to patch 2.3 it was necessary to place a /stopcasting command after the instant, non-GCD spells (but not items). The game engine assumed that after the first /cast is attempted, a spell is now in progress. /stopcasting removes this assumption and prevents the "Another action is in progress" error. Since the spell is instant, /stopcasting does not actually cancel the cast. Example:
/use Talisman of Ephemeral Power
/cast Arcane Power
/stopcasting
/cast Presence of Mind
/stopcasting
/cast Pyroblast
Note that since patch 2.3, this is no longer necessary. The above macro can be shortened to:
/use Talisman of Ephemeral Power
/cast Arcane Power
/cast Presence of Mind
/cast Pyroblast..

Thank you Iralima... It would be helpful to have a sequence of attacks on one button, especially for hunters withall those shots you want to get off. Plus if you were to put an instant cast teleport after an instant cast spell f destruction kind of thing it would work well.
Thank you

no... I decided to throw in the Steady Shot macro i currently use as a reference for someone to use to make the macro I asked for. Sorry for the confusion P >.<
#showtooltip Steady Shot
/stopmacro
/cast Steady Shot
/cast Kill Command
Simple and effective.
from my understanding, please correct me, means stop macro if no target exists correct?
How does this stop steady shot from auto targetting the next closest thing? its basically forcing a target to exist. I should clarify that its not just when using a macro... if i spam Steady Shot without a macro, it auto targets the next closest target.

Correction to my earlier statement... i would want to know how i would make a macro whic would shoot my shots
which are as followed:
on the 6 button: multi-shot
on the 7 button: serpent sting
on the 8 button: arcane shot
on the 9 button: concussive shot
on the 0 button: scorpid sting
order: 9, 8, 7, 6, 0
can anyone tell me the code for it?

... Well
because the first line the macro reads is /stopmacro
so if you have no target nothing happens, because the /stopmacro line will drop it out if you have no target before it tries to cast steady shot and auto-targets something.
ah k... So i added in the /stopmacro line:
still auto targetting. But not always. Seems like theres a condition im missing. Like if my pet has a target, Ill auto target it. But again... not always. I noticed myself targetting things off in the distance in TK yesterday.. but my pet was at my side. So I sont know... im confuded >.<
