The sprint glyph is being changed from minus 1 min on the CD to + an additional 30% speed.
Also reduces the duration by 5 seconds, which doesn't really matter since the distance covered remains roughly the same.

does matter if you are trying to get there faster ;)
I meant in the way that it's not a nerf, what many people actually believe.

Non existent. Blizzard is not going to make a glyph for a Rogue's 41 point talent, and not for anyone else. Mutilate is fine.

~40% of your damage comes from white attacks and ~30 from Mutilate. Dual Wield Spec is definitely better than Opportunity.

Has anyone tried an Honor Among theives build for PVE purposes? I would think in well geared 25 man raid setting that could actually be somewhat effective in a build like 5-5-51 or something. There were few people i saw over on EJ who were saying they did alright with it wondering if anyone here had given it a whirl?
I've been 5/5/51 since the patch, and Honor Among Theives seems to work really well, even in 5 man groups. It definitely helps you keep Slice and Dice/Rupture/etc up without burning all of your energy on generating combo points.

5/5/51 is good for building up combo, but in a 25-man raid u will be all the time (or near) at 5combo. that means that u will need to spam finishers to get rid of them, and your combo builder (hemo or bs) will lose a lot of damage simply because u wont use it much.
the rogue is not meant for that style of play in pve. u need to sustain dps through long fights. in pvp is extremely strong due to the possibility to land multiple finishers on a player, but in pve your finishers wont never do as much damage as a mutilate or a SS rotation. in assasination u have a lot of talents (HfB like) that simply increase your damage, and in combat is the same way.
a lot of cb != a lot of dps.

Now that I've done some reading on Sub/HaT builds, I am confident in saying that it closes the gap on sub viable raiding, but it still falls significantly far behind Combat builds on both live and beta.
Now that being said, anyone who has done testing with a HaT build, has gone with something along the lines of
this
. There are also a few things to keep in mind if you are going to try this type of setup.
You will fall behind on DPS (~400 to be exact assuming equal gear)
HaT is group wide, not raid wide, and doesn't proc off of any spell crits.
You will be GCD starved in the sense that you will be spamming finishers so often that you will have to worry about your energy capping.
So, at this point, it is still not a viable choice when compared to its alternatives. Closer? Yes. But the energy regeneration from the other two options is far superior than the combo point generation of HaT builds.

that was my fault not reading well the tooltip, i was convinced was also for raid.
anyway no use in arena LOL => crap talent.
EDIT: another epic fail by me. today is not the day :P

5. Glyphs
Here I will layout the glyph choices for Major Glyphs only; where they are best used, and which ones to avoid. Please provide feedback on this portion as much as possible.
5.a Major Glyphs
Some Glyphs changes in patch 3.0.03
Glyph of Rupture - Increases the duration of Rupture by 4 sec. (Old - 5 sec)
Glyph of Shiv has been removed.
*Added* Glyph of Vigor - Vigor grants an additional 10 maximum energy.
Glyph of Sprint - Increases the movement speed of your Sprint ability by an additional 30%, but reduces the duration by 5 sec. (Old - Decreases the cooldown of Sprint by 60 sec.)
Glyph of Sinister Strike - Your Sinister Strike critical strikes have a 50% chance to add an additional combo point. (Old - 40%)

4.b PvP Talent Specs
42/5/14
Mutilate spec, the one point in Eviscerate I chose over 1/3 Ruthlessness due to the new scaling of the talent, along with the glyph, could prove to be worth while now.
so when pvping eviscerate would be more of use then envenom? or is it the other way around?
and good job the leveling section =)
