Sorry I can't copy URLs on my Archos, but theres a thread near the top of the EJ class mechanics forum that says all WotLK bosses have 13083 armor.
Ah I see:
Working theories of raiding at level 80
13083 armor against a level 80 attacker is 46.20% damage reduction, I've set that as the default if you don't specify an armor value.

I still need to add parry chance from strength for death knights, I'll take care fo that shortly.
Added this onto the parry calculator in case any Death Knights needed it.

I am curious to see armor pen calculations reworked with the release of armor pen formulas by gc on the offical forums, thanks ^^
So would I. I'll see what I can do about that.
I'm still following the discussion over on elitist jerks and trying to make sure we understand how the various armor reduction effects stack. I'm not sure that's been fully tested yet but I'll have at least an initial update of the calculator up tomorrow night for you to play with.

Im actually a bit surprised they didnt change armor reduction debuffs to be a % with the patch.
Huh?
Faerie Fire
5%
Sunder Armor
4% per stack
Shattering Throw
20%
Battle Stance
10%
Mace Specialization
/
Mace Specialization
3% per point
Expose Armor
20%
It looks like
Serrated Blades
is the only ability left which removes a fixed amount of armor.

Thanks for the heads up Megalomaniacs. I'll try to figure out what changed and fix that after the holiday.

The site should be available again.
It looks like those pages are a little out of date (missing the dodge changes in 3.2.0 for example) so I'll try to make time to get them caught up with the current patch.

Ok, I think all the math has been updated to match patch 3.3.0a, let me know if you see anything that looks wrong.
I think I'm going to have some time to update this site again so let me know if there's anything you want to see. Otherwise I'll clean up the existing pages and see if I can work on a better representation of the attack table since there were questions about the crit cap recently.
