^ That, or something very close, for level 70.

The three points that he lists in Reckoning are filler to reach tier six. Divine Guardian plus 1/3 Stoicism as you list in your build serves the same purpose.
None of the options breaks the build or offers more than some minor utility or dps.

I will agree with TxPali on this, I don't see the major benefit of losing Kings if you're gonna throw useless points into talents like Reckoning and Stoicism. This is the build I've made
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=sZaxVA0uMteIRhox
note it DOES incorporate BoK, it is what I plan to use in 2 hours unless someone else has a good argument for me not to.

well I'm going with the tree just above mine, but putting 2 points into 'judgements of the just', as I think 20%slower hitting boss is a good thing.
And since I figure 3 points in kings isn't really that good anyway, I'm putting them into reckoning.
I think reckoning is good now that we use warrior-tanking weapons and they do deal damage, so more agro is good.

Have you thought about including some points in the Holy tree specifically Seals of the Pure. A mere 3 points will gain an additional 9% damage of Seals of Righteous, Vengance and Corruption.

if the question from Zoltare68 is to me, than I'm putting 3 points into reckoning because I need them to go further into prot tree, and just don't see other place that would better suit them.
I think for tanks, survival > threat, since dead tank generates 0 agro.
Since in Raid you're likely to have some other pally with full kings, I don't see it as a good thing to put 3 points into them. However Judgements of the Just is a survival talent, and a passive one, so that's why I like it.

I was commenting on Oscars build but you make a valid point about the Judgement of the Just. I thought about putting 3 points in to Kings to get to the third tier and to have for 5 mans where you may be the only pally. But the Seals of the Pure I really like for a leveling build becasue i may not always get hit to proc a Rekoning but i will always be using seals so that extra 9-12% damage would be helpful.

After looking at the talents on paper, and reading other pala's posts, I have come up with this build for
level 75
.
This leaves the remaining 5 points to be put into either:
Seals of the Pure
for more holy damage, hence better threat generation.
Improved Blessing of Kings
for raid wide buffing (as each build seems to think they can't get BoK without losing out somewhere).
Reckoning
which should, in theory, give better tps (so long as it still procs from blocks too).
Guardian's Favour
to keep the little ones safe from harm...
Heart of the Crusader
and
Improved Judgements
for soloing/dpsing maybe? (I don't know, it's one of the many options in the ret tree that probably wont do protadins any real favours)
So tell me what you think, or where I have gone wrong in my build speculations.
N.B. My protadin is only level 45 so this is a bit of conjecture more than anything else at the moment.
