Maybe -- since people seem to continue bashing this, on the assumption that it's being viewed as an "arena spec," we could review it as a leveling/grinding spec?
Then instead of comparing it to Sub you compare it to deep combat or mutilate w/ remorseless attacks.
Deep combat will always be better till at least 50 when you can finally get Mutilate. Mutilate used to suck because of the positional req, but now between remorseless attacks you cheap -> almost guaranteed crit mut -> 5 cp whatever.
I still think that deep combat will be better because of cheaper riposite, unfair advantage, and 11% more avoidance (if lightning reflexes gets buffed to be a dps talent also, which blizzard has said they want to do), in addition to the advantage it has now (blade flurry for multiple mobs, weapon expertise, not missing finishers anymore, etc.).

Really everything has been pointed out, but to reiterate...
Eviscerate is bad for pvp, so buffing it through talents is a waste.
Vile poisons its important because it increases dispel resistance, which is important against dispell happy teams that will keep your crippling poison or wound stack off easily without it.
Lethality sucks, and you can take points out of it to put in other stuff.
If you still want to use eviscerate, then take the points out of imp kidney shot since you won't be using it much.
Point for point seal fate isn't all that good. Some people from EJ have worked it out that compared to some other talents it should only cost around 1-3 talent points depending on how generous blizz is feeling.
