http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=f0eb0xZMgVbxzzEbuogRtIf you raid, don't take Nerves of Steel, as you shouldn't be targeted by the mobs anyway. The only way it will be useful is when there are AoE fears & stuns - even then, the talent point would be better at another place. Also, it is a big mistake to spec both CQC and Sword Specialization - waste of 5 talent point. Even if you used a Sword and Dagger/Mace, the combo wouldn't be as effective - put the 5 points in Improved Poisons instead
Unfair Advantage is also useless, as you shouldn't be hit in the raid/instance
As far as the raiding specs go, at the moment it seems like Assasination will be king at PvE. Some guy posted on the Elitish Jerks forum that, according to the spreadsheet, Mutilate build is somewhat 15% (!) ahead of Combat Swords.
As of 19/09/08, optimal build (imo) is
hereNote, that, if there isn't a pally with raid Crit buff, the points in Turn The Tables should be put into Master Poisoner

http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?talent=f0eb0xZrgVb0bzEbu0xRtxpve combat, two trash points in imp gouge, unfair advantage really doesn't have a place in a pve raid setting.
