If you want to do damage, go dreamstate resto. Otherwise, go with the standard 8/11/42. You probably want to go with the 8/11/42 spec until you get some nice gear, because dreamstate healers need the resil to be good. Feral charge, swift mend, and natural protection are what keep you alive longer. Not having these talents makes you really squishy in comparison. It's up to you, if you wanna swap back and forth between weapons, but your healing will take a hit. Add to that, you have no points in subtlety, and you won't be able to heal as well in instances if you plan on progressing, adding gear that way.
Your resto gear will have no melee attack power on it, so don't bother. If you want to be funny, you can jump someone with a feral weap equipped to do some damage, but it won't do much either way melee wise.

Yes I understand, but isn't it possible to change ur wepon in combat? At least warriors can do it if I remember right, so is it possible to do a macro that when I'll put bearform on it would change wepon? And if this is possible would it do any efford?Outfitter addon.

That's the exact spec I use. It makes me viable in pve, and works really well in pvp. ToL isn't useless in pvp, you just have to know when you can use it. Like, you can't use ToL against a lock or he may banish you, or you can tease him, and disrupt it or just shift out, wasting his time. Just like you want to try to watch hunters for casting scare beast when fighting them as well. The reason ToL isn't used is because of the speed reduction. If you are going against dual dps, and they are leaving you alone, it's more than acceptable to go ToL and spam heals on your partner. It's just situational, and you should normally be cc'ing the other team to reduce damage on your partner or yourself rather than sitting in ToL and spamming heals. You need to remember that ToL isn't necessary, and you only should use it if you have time to. Typically, I shift ToL and start slapping the last remaining team member when we are about to win. =)
